Welcome to Ocean Dunes 1306, a beautiful top-floor oceanfront condo just steps from the sand, offering panoramic ocean views, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests.

— HOUSE RULES:
• No parties or events allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking allowed.

NOTES:
A signed Booking Agreement is required for all reservations before check-in.
This property is available for extended stays during the off-season. Contact us for special monthly rates and availability.
The tennis and pickleball courts are currently being demolished and rebuilt. They will not be available for use until Spring 2027.
Outdoor pools are open May–September and are managed by the Ocean Dunes HOA. Pool closures do not qualify for refunds or discounts.

This property was AMAZING! 3rd floor, great views from the balcony, steps to the beach which was never busy, updated beachy farmhouse feel. Probably the best week we've ever spent on the beach!The kitchen was fully stocked, we didn't need to get anything but food.Towels and linens were clean and fresh.There was a closet in the carport that had tons of beach toys that we could use, it truly felt like they thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible! 10/10!

Condo was nice and no issues except with the internet service and support from A1 Property Management. We checked in on Tuesday and I reported to A1 Property Management that the internet service was very poor, 0.3 Mbps speed vs 600 Mbps that Spectrum was supposed to be providing. A1 didn’t bother contacting Spectrum about the issue until Thursday afternoon despite my repeated requests. Spectrum finally showed up on Friday and partially resolved the issue, increasing speed to 4 Mbps, still unusable for working on a laptop, iPad or streaming. Would not rent through A1 Property Management again due to poor customer service.

The location was perfect, right on the beach and the deck was large and had enough seating for everyone. It was nice to have all kitchen supplies readily available. This was our third time staying in an A1 property management condo in Kure Beach, and was our least favorite only because the last 2 condos set the bar very high (they were wonderful!!). This one was a little less quality but we still enjoyed our time and we will be returning in the future, just maybe a different condo than this one.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was our first time visiting Kure Beach and we would love to return. The condos location is perfect and beautiful. The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue. Definitely recommend!

Absolute great location near end of the island. Condo was very clean , updated and decorated nicely. The only downside was small bathrooms with older showers. Otherwise a wonderful place to stay. Loved the balcony and balcony furniture with an unbeatable view.

Spring Break

We came down for a quick getaway and loved our stay. The view off the deck cannot be beat. All beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well outfitted. Dave & his team at A1 property management were very easy to work with regarding questions prior to our trip as well as during our trip. Would definitely stay here again!
