Fantastic Villa

This is a fantastic villa, great layout for all ages, beautiful gardens, great interior. Very central point to explorer the villages of the region. Spent most of our time relaxing around the lovely pool. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Perfect for family getaway

There's nothing negative to say about the property at Malemort, the owners Jerome and Valerie have created a wonderful environment for a perfect family holiday. The villa is stuated in a private road on a golf holiday center, we found it peaceful and secluded with a fantastic view across the valley, lots of birds live in the great variety of trees in the region and the night time stars were very bright. Everything you could want is available, of a high standard and plentiful in number. The villa makes a perfect base for exploring this part of Provence and there is plenty to do on the site if you don't want to laze around the pool. Any questions we had before the holiday were promptly answered and the owners also checked we were happy after the first evening. The check in and out were quick and easy and the damage deposit promptly returned. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property to a family group and are planning our return.

Wir haben die zwei Wochen in der Villa sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerfamilie war sehr zuvorkommend und man fühlte sich willkommen als Gast. Der Empfang und die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr angenehm und informativ. Das Haus fanden wir in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vor und es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zudem ist es sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und in der grosszügigen Küche findet man alles, was es zum Kochen braucht. Die Parkplatzmöglichkeit innerhalb des Grundstückes ist sehr grosszügig und mit einem Tor abgeschlossen.Der gepflegte Garten ist sehr weitläufig und schön und mit vielen verschieden Pflanzen und Bäumen versehen. Zusätzlich verfügt die Villa über eine eigene Boule de Pétanque-Bahn. Der Pool ist sehr gross und man kann wunderbar schwimmen und sich abkühlen. Das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig an einer Sackgasse gelegen. Der Golfplatz Pont Royal hat uns einmal mehr sehr begeistert mit seinen wunderschöne Fairways, perfekten Greens (wohlgemerkt im Oktober) und der abwechslungsreichen Platzgestaltung. Auch die schöne Umgebung von Pont Royal lädt zu vielen Ausflügen ein. Wir können diese Villa in allen Punkten wärmstens weiterempfehlen und werden sicherlich in der Zukunft wieder unsere Ferien dort verbringen. Beste GrüsseChristoph und Caroline

Madame Lebon, nous vous remercions pour le séjour dans votre maison. Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment très agréable et nous avons vraiment bien profité de la piscine il manquait peut être un chef à domicile pour pleinement profiter mais j’aurai dût anticiper. Nous avons adoré le côté sécurisé du domaine et pour ma part j’ai été surpris de trouver un golf à l américaine malheureusement avec les enfants il m’a été compliqué de trouver le temps de le tester. Sehr schönes Anwesen - gerne wieder

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen zu sechst (3 Paare) in diesem sehr schönen Anwesen verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sehr gut eingerichtet und von der großen Terrasse hat man einen weiten Blick in die Landschaft. Das Haus liegt in dem Ort Pont Royal fast am Ende einer ruhigen kleinen Straße (Sackgasse). Der Ort selbst ist nur über eine Zufahrtsstraße zu erreichen, die durch einen Objektschutz mit Schranke zu erreichen ist. Innerhalb des Ortes liegt der Golfplatz, es gibt Restaurants und einen Bäcker. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hat 5 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und 2 Toiletten. Neben einem großen Pool gehört auch eine Boulebahn zur Ausstattung. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Villa très agréable dont le jardin est très bien entretenu et offre une vue magnifique très dégagée. Fabulous!

We had an amazing stay here, valerie was extremely helpful as was Colette the house keeper. The beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen very well equipped and great outdoor areas. Everything we needed was here and was very accessible to supermarket, restaurants etc being a 5 min drive away. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Superbe maison, très bien agencée et décorée avec goût. Un très beau jardin, superbement entretenu. Piscine chauffée d'une très belle grandeur et cerise sur le gâteau, le sol autour de la piscine ainsi que les terrasses n’est pas chaud même pendant la canicule.

Que du bonheur

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve, la villa est magnifique avec beaucoup de charme, la décoration est réalisée avec goût, elle est très bien entretenue et propre. Les propriétaires étaient extrêmement disponibles et sympathiques, ils ont répondu à toutes nos questions très rapidement et nous avions à notre arrivée un dossier détaillé des informations susceptibles de nous intéresser (mode d'emploi sur le matériel électrique, activités dans la région et alentour, connexion wi fi ...). Un accueil formidable de la part de Colette qui nous a facilité notre arrivée et nous a donné toutes les explications nécessaires, merci Colette. La villa est bien située et très calme, nous avons pu profiter tous les jours de ce magnifique parcours de Golf. Le jardin et la piscine sont à l'abri des regards, avec des vues superbes sur les collines et la Durance. Nous avons apprécié le terrain de pétanque, ainsi que la piscine chauffée, les transats fournis étaient très confortables. Pendant notre séjour, une personne est passé pour entretenir la piscine et le jardin. La terrasse est couverte, elle fournit un espace idéal pour déjeuner et dîner en plein air. Un barbecue super Top, Il y a une grande table pour 8 personnes ainsi qu'un coin salon avec un canapé et fauteuils. Les commerçants sont à 5 mn à pied. Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire que je recommande vivement. Nous avons hâte de revenir au plus vite !

Fantastique !

L'environnement très agréable, la villa full full équipée, les contacts avec les propriétaires ainsi que le check in et check out faciles et sympas, ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Les nouveaux travaux (terrasse, jardin et terrain de pétanque) ont été effectués avec goût et rehaussent encore le standing de la villa ! A louer sans hésiter !

La classe à Pont Royal

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Pont Royal. La maison est très jolie (décorée et meublée avec goût et dans un souci de qualité), bien conçue, entretenue avec soin et la vue sur le luberon (de la maison) est superbe. La localisation est idéale car la maison est à l'extrémité du village ce qui assure une grande quiétude tout en ayant accès aux services (boutiques, restaurants) à distance de marche. Durant notre séjour, nous avons combiné des journées de visites (St-Rémi, La Barbenne, Aix, Cassis) et des journées de repos dans la maison et au village - et nous avons été agréablement surpris par la variété de services et loisirs offerts dans le village - dont les glissades d'eau et la piscine à vagues ou nous avons passé des après-midi avec les enfants. Dans tous les cas, avec la piscine, le jardin avec jeu de pétanque, et le cinéma maison - et le bon vin de la région - il était difficile de s'ennuyer. Aussi, nous avons été très bien accueilli, la maison était particulièrement propre et l'intendante de maison a eu la gentillesse de répondre à touts nos questions. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Difficile de faire mieux que la combinaison des bonheurs qu'offre la Provence et le calme et le comfort de cette maison. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion d'y revenir et d'en profiter de nouveau.
