In a land of 1500 m², the property offers parking, an automatic gate (metal shutters and blinds), 2 terraces (70 m² each), a table football, a ping-pong table, children games, a pool house with plancha, a shower, a bar, a kitchen, and a WC.
The 2 bedrooms on the lower level have their own shower room and a separate bathroom as well as access to a terrace. On the first floor, you will find a living room with TV canal, a home cinema, a DVD player, one air-conditioned master bedroom with bathroom, shower, and a WC. You will also find 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with TV and DVD player.
All bedrooms are self-contained.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances et le propriétaire de cette magnifiques villa simplement délicieux ! Exceptionnel

La villa est très bien placée, dans le quartier du Bestouan, avec une vue extraordinaire sur le cap Canaille. Les équipements sont au rendez-vous, notamment une très belle piscine et un jardin très bien agencé. Certains endroits ou équipements de la maison mériteraient un petit coup de polish, mais dans l’ensemble notre séjour était délicieux. Guy est un hôte très agréable et disponible. Nous le recommandons chaudement.

Si la villa est particulièrement agréable avec sa profonde piscine, son grand salon, ses deux niveaux et ses trois barbecues dont nous avons pleinement profité c'est la vue magnifique sur la baie de Cassis et sur le Cap canaille que nous avons le plus apprécié. Quel bonheur de prendre le petit déjeuner et de dîner dans ce décors magique ! Sa proximité des calanques (Port Miou à 10 mn à pied) ne la rend que plus séduisante, bien sur, même si elle se suffit à elle même et qu'il faut parfois se forcer pour ne pas y paresser toute la journée.
