Spacious and cozy holiday home close to the beach

House with wide views of the adjacent fields and part of the village.
Plenty of pleasant surrounding space, namely a large branch of vines, threshing floor, canastro and other covered spaces to support agricultural activity.
House located in a quiet area.
With five rooms, capacity for up to ten people. fully equipped kitchen.
House with easy access to the highway, close to the airport, is about 500 meters from the beach.
Old and large house next to the beach with very large surrounding space with good shadows, table for outdoor dining, sun loungers, barbecue. House framed with views of fields with relevance to the mother church and very close to the fine sand beach. Quiet area, great for resting but close to night attractions (by car) and close to highways.
Esposende has excellent conditions for the practice of free sports. Its extensive waterfront on the Cávado River is an invitation for jogging with friends and family, a bike ride or simply an invigorating walk.
You can practice various activities from sports to visits such as:
Nautical activities (kitsurf, canoeing,…), bars and clubs, libraries, bowling, equestrian centers, golf, museums, theater and cinema, river trips. And you can also visit:

Bom dia A casa com restrições que não foram informadas na hora da reserva . Proprietário com frequência no local no qual ficamos a saber na hora que cá chegamos .( Não nos importamos mais deveria ter avisado .) Luzes e torneiras em mal estado . Sem internet na casa . * A casa tem um ótimo espaço e bem localizada entretanto alguns ajustes deixaria a casa mais adequada e mais agradável a família. * Falta manutenção na casa . * Creio que algumas melhorias vai ficar muito mais agradável a que possa vir . Cumprimentos

Grande maison, hélas sans aucun chauffage !

Maison spacieuse, très bien en plein été, mais à bannir par mauvais temps, car aucun chauffage. Les enfants ont dormi tout habillés avec leur capuche ! Arrivés sous la pluie , la voiture affichait 12 degrés, et donc la grande maison moins, 10 degrés environ. Avons dû quémander un chauffage d'appoint au propriétaire ! Au niveau de l'accueil rien : lits pas faits, pas un jus de fruits pour les enfants, frigo vide !

Des vacances de rêve dans...

Des vacances de rêve dans un superbe environnement, la plage a 600 mètres avec un petit bar branché. On remercie la gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire, a refaire très rapidement dans la même maison, encore un GRAND MERCI.
