Apartment T2 in nine detached villa located 8 km from Ajaccio. Ideally located for a dream holiday in the hinterland Ajaccio, you will enjoy the quiet countryside just 10 minutes from Ajaccio. Enjoy, after a day on the beaches of Corsica (whose closest "Paese di Lava" is 10 minutes by car), very quiet this apartment facing south without vis-à-vis with its magnificent mountain view. For the arrivals on Fridays or the departures on Sundays, possibility of bed and breakfast for night with shower-rooms / TOILETS independent and breakfast offered by the owners. Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans ce logement à seulement 10 km d’Ajaccio. L’accès est simple et rapide, avec tous les commerces à proximité : un vrai confort au quotidien.La maison est très propre, parfaitement équipée et offre une prestation de grande qualité avec une très belle vue.Un immense merci à Patrick pour l’accueil chaleureux, bienveillant et toujours attentif.Sa disponibilité et les petites attentions (y compris pour les deux transats supplémentaires demandés) ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ces vacances et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Appartement très bon emplacement, 8km d'Ajaccio. il ne manque rien dans l'appart, très fonctionnel, propre, avec une très belle terrasse. Les propriétaires Cathy et Patrick et leur fille Maëva sont des personnes adorables, discrètes, donnent de très bons conseils concernant les visites dans les environs d'Ajaccio. Superbe séjour dans la maison de Patrick Cathy et Maeva

Nous avons passé 15 jours au mois d'Août 2018 dans cette location. Nous avons adoré. Nous étions 4 personnes. Nous entendions les clochettes des moutons en contrebas et avions une vue magnifique sur les montagnes en face. La grande terrasse est idéale pour prendre les repas et surtout le petit déjeuner. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympathiques, toujours aux petits soins et de bon conseil. Ajaccio est à 10 mn en voiture. Le golf d'Ajaccio est un régale. C'est une destination riche en activités (mer et montagne). Merci à Patrick, Cathy et Maeva, et pourquoi pas à un prochain séjour. Pierre, Evelyne, Justine et Jeanne.

Prima woning voor 2 volwassenen, niet heel groot, maar alles aanwezig. Prima terras.

Een kleine woning, maar van alles voorzien en een prima terras,s'morgens op de zon, met mooi uitzicht over de bergen, op korte afstand van Ajaccio. Zeer geschikt voor 2 volwassenen.Het huisje is wel lastig te vinden, de routebeschrijving voldoet op dit punt niet echt. Ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk; de eigenaren wonen achter het aangebouwde huurhuisje, dat dus niet geheel vrijstaand is. Van de behulpzame eigenaren heeft men verder totaal geen last, je merkt ze niet. De verhuurders leken dus erg sympathiek (en dat waren ze ook wel), tot de morgen van het vertrek. Hoewel wij overeengekomen waren zelf de eindschoonmaak te doen en het huisje echt uiterst schoon achter dachten te laten, vond de verhuurster 2 korreltjes zand op de vloertegels, die ze overigens waarschijnlijk zelf naar binnen had gelopen. Ze was boos, zei dat we niet hadden schoongemaakt ( nadat de slaapkamer en badkamer goedgekeurd waren) en eiste alsnog de € 50,- schoonmaakkosten. Dit liep uit op een stevige ruzie . Wij huren al zeker 25 jaar huisjes in heel Europa, maken vrijwel altijd zelf schoon, maar dit was echt de eerste keer dat iemand aanmerkingen had en zeer boos werd. Uiteindelijk hebben we betaald, mede omdat we het vliegtuig moesten halen, maar dit was een zware domper op ons verder aangename verblijf. De verhuurster was het duidelijk te doen om het geld, dat ze nu makkelijk verdiende. Een waarschuwing voor het gedrag van deze verhuurster lijkt ons dus zeker op zijn plaats.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Alata. Le gîte est très bien équipé et très fonctionnel pour 2 personnes : rien à redire. L'accueil de Patrick et de Cathy est des plus chaleureux.
