Ups and downs

Overall nice place but extra costs that are not visible when you book it. Also very tight parking for a van.

Dear Martin, thank you for your review. As previously shown to you, all extra costs (city tax, heating in wintertime, towels upon request) are clearly stated in the description, and what could have been not so clear was provided to you free of charge. As far as the parking, our private driveway can host 3 or even 4 standard cars. There is no problem to park there a van, but as natural, it will not fit as freely as a normal car. But thank you for mentioning it for perspecting new hosts.

Wunderbare Zeit

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Claudias Eltern, Carla und Andrea, waren unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Sogar bei unserer Reifenpanne hat uns Andrea tatkräftig unterstützt und uns geholfen innerhalb von einem Tag eine Werkstatt zur Problem Behebung zu organisieren, so konnten wir unseren Urlaub ohne große Unterbrechung weiter genießen, nochmal vielen herzlichen Dank dafür! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und bietet auch genügend Platz um mal bei schlechtem Wetter sich mit den Kindern beschäftigen zu können. Der Garten ist auch liebevoll toskanisch gestaltet und bietet eine Outdoorküche mit Grill. Die Einfahrt ist zwar etwas schmal und geht bergauf, dennoch hatten wir kein Problem unseren 9 Sitzer Familienbus rückwärts dort einzuparken. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit Vielen Dank. Rundum zufrieden

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, sauberes Haus, genügend Platz, auch für 7 Personen. Alles unkompliziert abgewickelt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Sehr schönes großes Haus für bis zu 7 Personen mit viel Außenfläche und allem was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Stadt Viareggio und das Meer, da das Haus auf einem Hang steht. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 15-20 Minuten. Die Hausbesitzerin Claudia und vor Ort ihre Mama Carla sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und würden wiederkommen. Mille Grazie Claudia & Carla

situata in zona collinare a 20 minuti dal mare, la casa è molto accogliente e spaziosa; la propietaria è stata gentilissima e accomodante, il che ha reso il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. consigliato

Vacanza perfetta

Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza in questa villetta. La casa si presenta pulita e ordinata con tutto il necessario. La cucina è ben fornita e il salotto è molto accogliente. La proprietaria è veramente gentile e molto disponibile. In paese c'è un alimentari dove si può trovare l'indispensabile ma nelle vicinanze non mancano di certo supermercati. Comodissima per visitare Lucca, soprattutto durante il periodo della fiera Lucca Comics & Games.

Bella vacanza in famiglia

Abbiamo passato una vacanza molto piacevole con la famiglia (tra cui due bambine di 4 e 6 anni) in questa villetta a Corsanico, un paesino arroccato sopra la Versiglia. La casa e' in ordine e molto pulita. Le stanze accoglienti e la cucina ben equipaggiata. Da segnalare in particolare le belle terrazze: tra cui un piacevolissimo pergolato con barbecue sotto cui abbiamo sempre pranzato e cenato. La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e ci ha fatti subito sentire come a casa nostra. In paese, a qualche centinaio di metri da casa, si trova un negozio di alimentari, la posta, una farmacia e un ristorantino molto buono e decisamente economico. Abbiamo approfittato della nostra vacanza, oltre che per passare qualche giorno al mare, per visitare la città di Lucca (che é proprio un gioiello),Carrara (più discreta e lontana dai circuiti turistici, ma estremamente piacevole) e le impressionanti cave di marmo a Colonnata. Pisa é anche facilmente raggiungibile.

Très agréable séjour

La location et sa situation correspondent tout à fait au descriptif. Très propre, bien entretenu et très fonctionnel. On se sent très à l'aise et comme chez soi. Trois terrasses et jardin, pièces spacieuses, qui font qu'on se sent à l'aise (confort, intimité), même lorsque on est nombreux. Très belle vue, et calme, tout en étant dans le village. Il faut toutefois être disposé à des trajets multiples en voiture vers les plages. Propriétaires accueillants, chaleureux, tout en étant très discrets. A recommander sans hésitation à des amis.
