Lovely oasis

The pool area is a lovely oasis and the house is a great base for trips up and down the coastline - from Sainte Tropez to Monaco! Morningjogging to local bakery, closeness to big supermarket is a big plus! Luc was really helpful throughout our stay and Al-Saud there to help with a smile! Lastly our kids loves both the pool, the garden and the ping-pong table!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Pool

Wir habe zehn Tage dort verbracht. Luc hat uns perfekt empfangen und alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und geräumig. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Sehr zu empfehlen.

What a fantastic place to stay.

In the midst of a lovely quiet residential area this was a great place to stay and to venture out to the Cote D'azure. The pool and facilities were great. Luc ensured we had everything we needed and was easily available on the end of a phone. The neighbours were delightful and really helpful. We had a super fortnight.

Séjour très agréable!

Villa idéalement située avec une magnifique vue, agréable à vivre dans un environnement très calme. Belle grande piscine dans très beau jardin agréablement planté, le tout parfaitement entretenu. C'est vraiment dommage qu'il y ait autant de vis à vis. L'intérieur de la villa est fonctionnel et très propre, mais il à conservé son âme des années 70/80 avec une déco et une partie du mobilier qui paraissent, à notre goût, un peu vieillots. D'autre part, certains petits équipements de base seraient les bienvenus (dérouleurs papier dans les toilettes, seau, serpillère, bassine, épingles à linge etc ). Le téléviseur, lui, a fait son temps (écran trop petit, image et son de qualité médiocre). Pour suivre les matchs de la coupe du monde de football nous avons préférer la tablette. Avec ces quelques améliorations ce serai parfait. L'ajout de climatisation serai également souhaitable surtout dans les chambres Nous y avons néanmoins passé de très bonnes vacances. Un Merci particulier à Luc pour la qualité de son accueil, sa sympathie et sa grande disponibilité.

Beautiful villa in peaceful lication

From the moment Luc was waiting for us as we drove up to the gate to the moment he waved us off a week later we had a wonderful stay. The villa was clean and well appointed. The pool was heated to about 28 degrees which was lovely and warm yet still refreshing on the hottest days. Everything we could need in the kitchen was there and the family welcomed the good Wi-fi. No complaints from us. Would recommend.👍👍👍

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil!

Wir (Familie mit 3 kl.Kindern) haben zwei sehr schöne entspannte Wochen in dieser hübschen südfranzösischen Villa verbracht. Der große Pool, die überdachte Terrasse wie auch der Olivenbaum haben zu jederzeit schattige Rückzugsmöglichkeiten geboten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und Verwalter Luc war hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Die Mirkrolage ist sehr ruhig in einer Privatstraße, man braucht jedoch für jegliche Einkäufe & Unternehmungen das Auto.

Simplement en vacances

Excellent séjour à quelques minutes du centre de St Raphaël. Villa facile à vivre, au calme, exposée idéalement, avec terrasse ombragée et belle piscine bien entretenue. Indépendance chambres-salles de bains appréciable pour deux couples ou un couple et deux enfants. A recommander... Juste un souhait: un écran télé un peu plus grand...

Séjour de qualité à Saint-Raphaël

Nous avons séjourné en juillet 2013 dans cette superbe villa tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Prestations de qualité, privacy, calme, près du supermarché, du centre et des plages avec une voiture. Agréable de se retrouver dans cette villa de 2 chambres avec piscine superbe et grande terrasse, tout à fait clôturée donc très tranquille avec vue superbe sur l'Esterel et de se rendre en voiture en 10 minutes au centre ville animé en été. Accueil parfait par l'agence, réponse directe et charmante par la propriétaire. A recommander si vous souhaitez séjourner dans cette région, la villa est tout à fait équipée avec du mobilier de qualité, rien ne manque. Séjour très réussi grâce aux prestations offertes par le propriétaire et l'agence.

Das Haus, die Ausstattung...

Das Haus, die Ausstattung und der schöne große Pool sind nahezu perfekt! Wir waren im Juli 2012 mit 2 Kindern als Familie dort. Es liegt sehr ruhig. Auch in der Hauptsaison findet man hier viel Ruhe und Entspannung. Nur Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind leder etwas entfernt und in der Hochsaison überlaufen. Ralf Dammrose
