Very quiet ground-floor apartment in a villa with a private garden and pool. Located at the top of a small hill. Beautiful view of the mountain.<br> Parking next to the house, electric gate.<br>1.5 km from Veillat Saint Raphael Beach.<br>Ideal for a family. <br>Outdoor pool reserved for guests from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.<br>Shared from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.<br>2 separate bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed (+ an extra double bed in the living room). Air-conditioned living room.<br>Many beaches nearby. A car is recommended because the villa is located on a hill.<br><br> Minimum stay of 5 days.<br>30% deposit required to reserve; payable by check for 900 euros.<br><br>__________________<br>

Vacances en famille

Location bien équipée , l’essentiel est disponible , terrasse avec une très belle vue en hauteur de Saint Raphaël et qui offre un superbe coucher de soleil sur les reliefs de la région 🌅 La piscine est vraiment un plus à cette location et est bien entretenue .
