The villa is surrounded by greenery of olive trees, Mediterranean plants, palm trees and much more. a path leads to a beautiful cove, pristine, where you can sunbathe and dive into a clean, intense blue, enjoying total privacy. it 'located in a safe, quiet and comfortable between the nature of the sea and mountains. 4 the apartments are all independent, with separate access, are air conditioned, and inside there are all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and calm, bedroom, single bedroom with bunk beds, dining room with sofa bed and bathroom with shower, veranda overlooking the garden and the sea. Appartement dans une maison divisée en 4. Nous étions presque toujours seuls donc je ne saurais pas dire quand les 4 appartements sont loués. Appartement confortable , avec lave linge lave vaisselle . Terrasse au rdc avec table et parasol . En bas on ne voit pas la mer. Barbecue et piscine hors sol communs. La localisation est super plage à pied , mais commerces en voiture . L’appartement est équipé pour 6 personnes . Il a tout le confort .

Appartement avec vue splendide

Ce n'est pas le grand luxe dans l'appartement, il manque quelques petites choses dans la cuisine (bol, verres à vins, ustensiles ...) mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un agréable séjour. La terrasse avec vue sur mer est vraiment très très agréable et la crique juste en bas est magnifique.

Gut erreichbar und doch ruhig und abgelegen / Facilmente accessibile ma tranquillo e appartato

Die Abgeschiedenheit in einem Quartier (Sackgasse) garantiert in der Nacht Ruhe. Die Strasse zum Haus ist jedoch anspruchsvoll (dies gilt aber für alle Strassen auf Sizilien). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach, rasch und lösungsorientiert. Die Wohung bietet alles, was man für eine einfache Mahlzeit braucht. Der Balkon ist am Vormittag der Sonne ausgesetzt (keine Beschattung). Dafür gibt es eine tolle Aussicht und einen schönen Garten. Die Cala Rossa ermöglicht frühmorgens ein einsames Schwimmen. Danach sind den ganzen Tag viele Besucher und Ausflugsboote da. ------------------------------ L'isolamento in un quartiere (vicolo cieco) garantisce la pace e la tranquillità notturna. Tuttavia, la strada che porta alla casa è impegnativa (ma questo vale per tutte le strade della Sicilia). La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata facile, rapida e orientata alla soluzione. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario per un pasto semplice. Il balcone è esposto al sole al mattino (senza ombra). Ma c'è un'ottima vista e un bel giardino. Cala Rossa permette di fare un bagno solitario la mattina presto. In seguito, ci sono molti visitatori e barche da escursione per tutto il giorno.

Wunderschöne Lage, zweckmässige Wohnung in schönem Garten

Der Umschwung, die Umgebung und die Aussicht sind kaum zu toppen. Es ist wunderschön! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Um grosse Menus zu kochen fehlt es ein wenig an guten Utensilien, aber für den Alltag geht es prima. Die sizilianische Küche ist so hervorragend, dass wir eh häufiger auswärts essen waren als eigentlich geplant. ;-) Besonders schön fanden wir die Bucht direkt vor dem Haus. Sie ist öffentlich zugänglich, trotzdem waren wir oft für uns und sind nach Ausflügen noch kurz ins Meer, das war himmlisch. Ein Auto ist sehr von Vorteil. Der Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter war unkompliziert und nett. Mille Grazie, Alex ;-) !!

Perfekter Urlaub!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, es mangelte an gar nichts, ruhig gelegen, Terrasse mit Meerblick. Wir sind mehrmals täglich Schnorcheln gegangen. Die unten gelegene Bucht war direkt vor dem Haustor. Wir haben selber gekocht und das Essen dann auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten allerdings nicht zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der nächstgelegene Ort Scopello bietet einige Restaurants sowie Boutiquen. Aufgrund fehlender Fußgängerwege NUR mit Auto zu erreichen. Wir haben den Versuch zu Fuß natürlich gestartet und erst nach einer Stunde waren wir da, es war sehr gefährlich und stressig, machen wir nie wieder. Wir waren sehr glücklich da gewesen zu sein und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Mare, cibo e relax: combinazione perfetta!

L'appartamento si raggiunge percorrendo una strada bianca (parecchio dissestata) con transito in teoria vietato ai non residenti trovandosi in una zona etichettata come riserva naturale. Il vantaggio è che non c'è alcun pericolo di essere disturbati da rumore di traffico! Dopo qualche minuto lungo questa strada si giunge a una palizzina di quattro unità, in un bel contesto, con giardino e posto macchina privato, tenuta molto bene. L'appartamento è al primo piano, con una terrazza che guarda il mare, esposta a est, su cui si può pranzare e cenare godendosi la vista e la brezzolina che spesso soffia dal mare. La cucina/sala da pranzo è sufficientemente ampia da consentire il passaggio agevole anche con il divano letto aperto, e dotato di un ottimo condizionatore. La stanza matrimoniale, con armadio, è comfortevole, come pure il bagno, dotato di doccia e lavandino (ma senza bidè). Il letto a castello è su uno stanzino piccolo, giusto sufficiente a contenere il letto. Però, tutte le stanze sono finestrate. L'ospite, Alessandro Vincenzo, è molto disponibile e affidabile. Per altro, gestisce anche un ottimo ristorante a Castellammare del Golfo, e ha sempre un occhio di riguardo per i suoi ospiti. Unica nota negativa è il comfort del materasso matrimoniale che ,pur essendo recente, risulta piuttosto scomodo. Avendo fatto notare la cosa ad Alessandro, tuttavia, non dubito che per la prossima stagione ci sarà un materasso nuovo e confortevole! La spiaggia fronte (cala Rossa) case si può raggiungere con 3' di discesa su un sentiero di terra che richiede un minimo di agilità. In generale, la sconsiglierei a persone anziane o con difficoltà di spostamento, anche perche' giunti al livello del mare bisogna spostarsi sugli scogli per arrivare a una spiaggia (piccola) di ciotoli. Comunque, questo ve lo dice chiaramente anche Alessandro, quindi nessuna sorpresa! In conclusione: un'ottima soluzione per una vacanza in questi splendidi luoghi!

Appartamento con arredamento essenziale moderno, pulito ben attrezzato, terrazza con vista mare meravigliosa, parcheggio interno ok, zona silenziosissimo e appena fuori cancello discesa per una piccola spiaggia di ciottoli e scogli bellissima ;il sig. Vincenzo cordiale e disponibile Unico neo dell appartamento è stato il materasso matrimoniale troppo morbido si sentono le molle Strada per arrivare nella casa molto mal ridotta, però il proprietario ci ha spiegato che pur avendo chiesto anche a spese loro di sistemarla nn gli danno permesso Bello vedere l alba e il tramonto Lo consiglio e se dovessi tornare a Scopello alloggeremo qui

Semplicemente fantastica

A partire dalla posizione geografica strategica per raggiungere ogni spiaggia incantevole del nord ovest della Sicilia, ci siamo imbattuti in una porzione di villa incantata dalla veduta diretta sul mare, tra palmeti e alberi alti che facevano da cornice alla splendida visuale. La casa è apparsa subito pulitissima, ordinata e ottimamente arredata. Poi la conoscenza dei padroni di casa... Due persone simpaticissime, oneste, disponibili e amichevoli ci hanno accolto come persone di famiglia. Tutta la vacanza è stata incantevole e divertente. Abbiamo visitato città particolari e mangiato piatti locali. La Sicilia è un posto di villeggiatura fantastico, ma in particolar modo questo paradiso.

Casa vacanza Cala Rossa - Scopello

Posto incantevole con vista sul mare più bello della Sicilia. Accesso alla caletta a 50 m dalla casa un pò difficoltoso, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Casa comoda, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort, incluso un grande barbecue. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.

... ein toller Urlaub

Eine tolle Unterkunft und eine hervorragende Bucht zum Schnorcheln direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr nette Vermieter und die Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Zusätzlich zum Inserat ist die Aussendusche und der Grill sehr zu empfehlen. Als besonderen Ausflugstip für Abenteuersuchende: Ein Motorboot mieten im Hafen in Castelamare de Golfo und entlang der Küste bis nach San Vito Lo Capo entlang dem Zingaro-Nationalpark: herrliche Buchten mit azurblauen Wasser zum Schnorcheln und Baden, Felsen und Grotten und sogar unverhofft 2 Delphine. Ebenso lohnt es sich am Abend nach Scopello zu fahren und an dem kleinen Marktplatz einen Cocktail in der Bar Pasticceria Scopello einzunehmen und den Tag mit leckeren Eis und sizilianischen Süßspeisen ausklingen zu lassen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Einen herzlichen Dank an Francesca und Familie.

sehr schönes Urlaubsziel / bellissima vacanza al mare

Wer einen schönen Urlaub mit einem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer in ruhiger Umgebung verbringen will, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und der Vermieter sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die kleine Bucht unterhalb eignet sich hervorragend zum baden und schnorcheln. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! Se vuoi goderti una vacanza sul mare a Scopello / Cala Rossa sei giunto nel posto giusto. L'appartemento è ben arredata e ha una vista stupenda sul mare. La zona è tranquilla e il mare nella Cala Rossa invita di fare il bagno. Il proprietario è molto gentile e sempre disponibile e posso dunque solo raccomandare di trascorrere la vacanza lì!

Appartement très sympa, idéalement situé

L'appartement est très propre, avec toutes les commodités et au calme. À deux pas d'une magnifique crique, certes fréquentée, mais tôt le matin ou en fin de journée, c'est le paradis ! Idéalement situé, tout près de la réserve de Zingaro et non loin de Palerme et des aéroports. Francesca et Vincenzo sont adorables et très serviables ! Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille. Grazie mille !

La casa è molto confortevole e ben arredata. La vista dal terrazzino è splendida. Ottima esperienza.

La casa è molto comoda e ben rifinita. Il panorama e` splendido. Sul terrazzino si può cenare godendo di una vista mare meravigliosa. Situata in posizione ottimale nei pressi di Scopello per visitare la Riserva dello Zingaro. I proprietari sono molto accoglienti, disponibili e cortesi. La vacanza è stata splendida!

La casa è confortevole e ben arredata. Curata e pulita con una splendida vista mare. Dotata di un bel terrazzino per meravigliose cene con un panorama di rara bellezza. Lovely accommodation, position and owners

The apartment is recently built and furnished, the bathroom had just been renovated with a wonderful shower. Mosquito nets on all windows, even though not really necessary as the breeze from the sea keeps most of these annoying animals away. The terrace with sea view is a wonderful place to eat and rest reading a book, sun on the morning only - perfect if you want to tan with the early sun and take a siesta in the hottest hours of the day. The owners have their holiday house next door, they are extremely nice, discreet and helpful. We've got plenty of useful recommendations for our stay in Scopello and also Palermo. The figues tree in the garden was loaded with juicy fruits which we could directly pick. The garden consists in nice green grass and palms, perfect for children to play. One beach at zero distance, it is just a minute down some relatively steep stairs, white pebbles. The other one is a 15/20 min walk to Guidaloca, also pebbles, larger and equipped. With a short drive you can reach the paradise-like beaches of the Zingaro. The only downside were the mattresses, they should be replaced, but we mentioned this and we are sure the owners will do what they can.

una vista da sogno !

Appena arrivati, siamo stati accolti da una vista incredibile e dalla gentilezza di Vincenzo, che ci ha fatto trovare in fresco vino e frutta di stagione. La casa è stata perfetta per noi, spaziosa e fornita di tutto, con il bagno modernissimo e appena rifatto ,la doccia esterna e il giardino curatissimo. Abbiamo visto bellissimi tramonti dalla terrazza e albe multicolori e la bellezza selvaggia e incontaminata del panorama ha reso questo nostro soggiorno unico. La casa è a pochi passi da due spiagge stupende, una di roccia e l'altra di sassi, raggiungibili a piedi , ma è base di partenza ideale per molte mete marine e di cultura: abbiamo visitato la riserva dello Zingaro, Segesta, Selinunte, Trapani, Erice, Palermo e Monreale.
