We have 3 condos in this complex - 236 B 1st floor, 240 D 2nd floor, and 246 F 3rd floor. Most of the pictures are labeled. The hot tub and pool are seaonal - May - Sept.

This is a nice clean and comfortable condo. Freshly painted with all new furniture through out. Bedrooms have very comfortable king size bed and the couch folds out into a bed with a mattress. New tv in the living room and master bedroom. Let the waves calm you to sleep at night. This is a very nice clean comfortable condo! This condo has all the comforts of home. Less than 200 yard walk to Jet Express, next door to Dock's Beach House and Mr. Eds. Take in a day at Cedar Point, or enjoy a trip to the Marblehead Lighthouse or the local wineries



Our condo includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and a full kitchen including dishwasher and microwave oven. In addition, there is an enclosed porch room with a gorgeous view of the Lake Erie Islands, our private beach and the Port Clinton Yacht Club Marina. The lake is only 10 feet from our condo, just open the windows and enjoy the sound of the waves! Our large pool and hot tub are brand new as of 2008. The pool includes built-in bench seats for the adults and a zero-entry feature for the small children. Charcoal grills can be found on the common areas which allows for setting up chairs and tables for outdoor dining or pure relaxation. The grounds of the resort are very kid friendly and includes plenty of green space and a playground as well. The sandy beach area is protected by a cove so that the shallow water and sandbars make ideal swimming conditions in the lake for small children.

Access to water sports abound, with jet ski and kayak rental right next door and fishing charters and dock rental for your boat across the street and within walking distance. Use the beautiful private beach with lounge chairs provided to relax and enjoy the sun. The downtown Port Clinton area is within walking distance and includes restaurants, shopping and night life. You can park your car for the week and start having fun!

The birdwatchers in your family will love to visit Magee Marsh Wildlife Area. This 2,202-acre controlled hunting area is located 17 miles west of Port Clinton. Spring and fall migrations are spectacular at Magee Marsh, with more than 300 species of birds being recorded in the area. Bald eagles, peregrine falcons, osprey, and a large variety of hawks can be seen at Magee Marsh during the spring. A forested beach ridge located on Magee provides a critical feeding and resting habitat for more than 150 species of migrating songbirds, including 36 species of warblers, as they rest and refuel before continuing on their journey. An accessible boardwalk that meanders through this beach ridge provides some of the best bird watching opportunities in the Midwest.

If you have kids and are looking for a little more excitement, world famous Cedar Point amusement park, with 17 roller coasters, live entertainment, kids' area and a water park, is located about 20-25 minutes away. Other indoor waterparks in the Sandusky area include Kalahari and Great Wolf Lodge.
