Normandy in June

Spent a wonderful mid-June week at Corinne's farm near Beuzeville. Beautiful Normandie cottage, ideal for two couples. We could have settled for a peaceful, relaxing, country vacation but chose to visit all the beaches with side trips to Bayeux, Honfleur, Beuvron-en-Auge and Mont Saint Michel all within driving distance of the farm. It was always a pleasure to return "home" and make use of the barbecue (there is a well-stocked Carrefour nearby) and outside dining. Could not have been a nicer, more eventful week - highly recommend.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Super schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes und super-sauberes Haus. Es sind zwei Ferienhäuser auf dem Grundstück, man bemerkt die anderen aber kaum, weil der Garten groß genug ist. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Corinne ist sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns online gekaufte Tickets ausgedruckt und zur Begrüßung gab‘s eine Flasche Cidre und etwas für die Kinder. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub bei tollen Vermietern. Vielen Dank!

Wunderbar

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Oktober 2016 in diesem Haus verbracht. Obwohl es draussen schon herbstlich kühl war, hatten wir es im Hause angenehm warm. Die Zimmer waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Atmosphäre war sehr gut und es fehlte uns an nichts. Das WLAN hat problemlos funktioniert, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist in Frankreich. Das Haus liegt auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück, das die Corinne und ihr Mann sehr schön gestaltet haben. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und der Kontakt mit Ihnen war überaus herzlich. Das Haus liegt ideal um die küstennahen Gebiete zu erkunden. Die schönen Städte Honfleur, Deauville, Trouville, Villes-sur-mer, Cabourg etc. sind in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Es gibt auch viele kleine Städte mit ihren Wochenmärkten in der nahen Umgebung. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in der Normandie, werden wir gerne wieder unsere Zeit in diesem Haus verbringen.

Wunderschönes Ensemble - sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben hier 2 sehr entspannende Wochen verbracht. Das Ferienhaus liegt weitab von Straßen in ruhiger Abgeschiedenheit inmitten von Kuhweiden. Es gibt mehrere weitere Ferienhäuser auf Nachbargrundstücken, die aber alle so groß sind, dass man davon kaum Notiz nimmt. Auf dem Grundstück selbst lebt noch die Eigentümerin Corinne in einem eigenen Häuschen und es gibt noch ein zweites kleineres Häuschen für 2 Personen nebenan. Alles ist so angeordnet, dass man sich gegenseitig im Grunde kaum bemerkt. Das Grundstück ist viel größer, als die Bilder vermuten lassen und man hat den gesamten Garten zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem auch wegen der sauberen und schön hergerichteten Zimmer und der völligen Ruhe, die man dort genießen kann. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken, das gilt aber eigentlich für die gesamte Normandie.
