This bright and sunny, two story Sunriver vacation rental awaits you. A spacious, "reverse living" floor plan is perfect for a group of up to 10 guests to spread out.

The main living, kitchen, dining and ensuite bedroom are located upstairs on the second story. Step up from the front door to enter the great room with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. Leather seating, a wonderful wood-burning fireplace, and a flat screen TV make this a favorite spot to curl up with a good book.

The adjacent dining table comfortably seats 8 for a sit-down dinner, with several kitchen bar stools nearby offering a casual dining option (also a great place to watch the family chef work their magic in the well-stocked kitchen!). The kitchen is spotless and boasts stainless appliances, including a glass top range, and lots of counter space for prepping meals.

The ensuite bedroom, on the main level, features a king bed and private bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.

Head downstairs to find the three bedrooms and a bonus family room. Bedroom one has a king bed and attached bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has a queen bed and a bunk bed. The bonus family room located off the downstairs bedrooms is a great place for the "kids" to hang out with a large flat screen TV, leather easy chair, and a sleeper sofa. There is a second full bathroom on this level.

In the warmer months, plan to spend most of your time outside on the large, wrap-around upper deck! Patio seating and a gas BBQ stand ready, as does a "peek-a-boo" view of Mt. Bachelor on a clear day.

A stay at 2 Mt. Rose wouldn't be complete without a soak in the private hot tub! With great amenities like Air Conditioning, 2 DVD players, Ping Pong and Foosball Tables, you might not want to leave. But when you are ready to get out and explore Sunriver, hop on one of the bikes waiting for you in the garage.

Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 9 Mt Rose Lane and 11 Mt Rose Lane homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

Summer visit

This house is very well supplied for indoor and outdoor cooking. There are 2 living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is lots of outdoor seating and the hot tub was very nice. I was disappointed that there were no SHARC passes and the deck needs repainted.

Lovely house, check in & door code issues

My group loved everything about this house! Unfortunately we had some door code issues that were unresolvable throughout the stay. Management company changed our door code 3x and none of them ever worked. We did get one from the emergency after hours phone line that worked throughout the duration. Suggest Bennington takes a closer look at that door and it’s codes. They constantly told me the codes would work and they never did except the one from the emergency line (we stood outside for 30 mins trying to figure it out). Didn’t appreciate some of the condescending text messages from some of the people at the management company when I told them the codes weren’t working. “It should work, there should be no problem.” And I’m telling them over and over it isn’t working. Then they send me a new code which also doesn’t work. Anyways you get the picture. Thankfully they have offered a discount due to this mishap. What I did appreciate was their suggestion to get early reservations in Sunriver - that was really helpful and genius! And we loved the property! Would definitely stay here again! And hopefully they have the door codes worked out by then.
