This newly updated home has everything you need for your Sunriver getaway including a huge fenced in yard with large deck for relaxing in the sunshine, BBQ'ing and watching the kids play.

Upon entering the home you'll find a light-filled living space with wood burning fireplace, cozy seating and a big flat screen tv. The great room also includes a dining area with seating for 8 at the table and 2 more at the kitchen counter. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare all of your favorite meals with a gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances and a Keurig (bring your favorite pods).

Just off of the kitchen you'll find the laundry room and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. This bathroom is available to guests of the three nearby guest bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with a full over full bunk bed.

The ensuite bathroom has a cozy king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and private bath with walk-in shower.

If the outdoors are wher you want to be, down hill and nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding, are all only about 20 minutes from your doorstep. In the summer, enjoy floating the Deschutes River, fishing, or playing a round of golf at one Central Oregon’s premier courses.

Great Place to Stay

The house is well cleaned and organized. All facilities are fully functional. Location is really great, close to town centers and on the way to Ski resort.

Here for a Mt. Bachelor wedding

Great House, fantastic yard NOT on Sunriver property

We had a mixed group of family and friends to celebrate my adult daughters birthday. The house has a great layout, the furniture is comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with the pots and pans in excellent condition.
