José et Sara sont très accueillants, disponibles et donnent tous les conseils souhaités Appartement tel que présenté sur les photos - Très bon état et très propre - tout ce dont nous avons besoin est là - nous nous sentons comme chez nous Plage à 4/5 min de marche Supermarchés/boucherie/fruits et légumes/boulangerie/marché couvert/resto tout autour Nous ne sommes pas au centre ville mais il est accessible par de nombreuses lignes de bus (4 ou 5). Nous l'avons fait à pied plusieurs fois.

Isabelle y su familia son encantadores, educados y fue un placer conocerlos. Dejaron el apartamento muy limpio y todo en orden. Recomiendo muchisimo a esta familia!

Eine komfortable 3-Zimmer Fewo sowohl nahe zum Stadtzentrum als auch zum Strand.

Wir (Ehepaar mit Tochter) wollten von Malaga aus Städte in Andalusien besuchen, ab und zu im Meer baden falls möglich und suchten dazu eine 3-Zimmer Fewo in Zentrums- und Bahnhofsnähe, mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und möglichst auch strandnah. Das war alles gegeben. Viele Busse (auch zum Airport und Bahnhof) halten in unmittelbarer Nähe und der Stadtstrand mit Boulevard ist wenige Minuten zu Fuss am Ende der Strasse. Die Wohnung liegt in einem belebten Wohnviertel mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ist geräumig und sehr komplett ausgestattet, inkl. Spül-, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Mikrowelle, W-LAN, TV-Empfang von ARD und ZDF, etc. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hatte für uns schon reichlich Obst mitgebracht.

excellentes vacances

bel appartement, propre, très bien situé à 10 mn de gare routière et train, des supermarchés à moins de 10 mn, de la plage (moins de 5 mn), du centre ville (à pied pour ma part mais bus très rapide et nombreux), bref je recommande ce logement sans problème

De mi estancia puedo decir que el apartamento está super limpio, equipado perfectamente , coincidiendo con la descripción que se informa en la pagina, muy bien comunicado tanto con Malaga capital como con diferentes pueblos turisticos de la provincia . Con respecto a los propietarios son muy amables y serviciales , personas de las que se encuentran pocas veces. En general todo muy bien. Gracias Jose y Sara nos volveremos a ver.

nickel, tous commerces a proximité et calme !

idéalement situé : a 300m d'une plage nettoyée régulièrement, tous commerces dans la rue, et 2 supermarchés a 50 m. 3 étoiles pour la pizzéria dallas au pied de l'immeuble. le bus 3 se prend à 50 m soit pour aller en ville, soit pour en revenir. (plans à la gare routière uniquement ). peu de bruits des voisins et rien à dire coté rue, on y dort sans problème. merci beaucoup à jose et sara pour avoir réservé nos taxis. ce fut un plaisir !

la casa è perfettamente aderente alla descrizione fornita. Ampia luminosa pulita Dotata di tuuto ciò che serve permette un soggiorno assolutamente tranquillo e rilassante.La spiaggia è a pochi minuti a piedi ed in prossimità della casa si trova ogni genere di esercizio commerciale e pubblico. Séjour agréable

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, spacieux pour 4 personnes, tout confort. Sara et Jose sont très accueillants et disponible (arrivée tardive). Séjour très agréable dans une belle région. Très bon point de chute pour visiter l'Andalousie.

Ottimo!

La casa è pulita e in ordine, perfetta per una vacanza tra amici! La zona circostante all'appartamento è piena di bar e ristoranti, inoltre è perfettamente collegata con il centro. La spiaggia è a pochi passi dalla casa! Un soggiorno ottimo.

agréables vacances à malaga

logement conforme a la description on a passé un très bon séjour dommage, qu'il n'y a pas de place de parking réservé très belle région et les propriétaires très accueillants, et disponible. Location à recommander

Andalousia

logement très confortable, très bien équipé, internet, télévision, lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge... l'appartement est situé dans la ville de Malaga, avantage la gare routière (bus) et la gare des trains Renfe est à environ 800 mètres, les commerces sont très proches. Mais qui dit : tout cela très proche amène forcément un inconvénient, les bruits de la rue. Mais nous sommes en Espagne et il faut savoir que le soir après les chaleurs la vie reprend jusqu'à 1 h00 du matin. Autre bémol, la plage manque d'une réelle propreté( sac en plastique, cigarettes, bouteilles, cannettes ..). Il faut partir plus loin pour trouver des plages propres. Mais rien à redire sur le logement, Sara et son mari sont des personnes très gentilles et disponibles. A recommander pour une visite de l'Andalousie : Malaga, Granada, Sévilla, Cordoba, Ronda...Superbe région inoubliable avec son soleil généreux.
