Fabulous view of sunset !

A lovely well equipped property with fabulous view.Nicole was great to deal with.Plenty of eating places within easy walking distance.Apartment had very comfortable beds and great showers.If we revisit Biarritz we would try to book with Nicole again

Superb in every way! Nicole is the perfect host. The apartment is beautiful & stylish, spacious & clean, extremely well-equipped and maintained, and perfectly located for everything you need in Biarritz, with the most stunning view over the Port Vieux Beach. The restorative effects of sitting on the balcony for breakfast or in the evening with a glass of wine in hand, watching the world go by, cannot be understated! We loved our stay, and would gladly come back to stay again. A wonderful experience!

Amazing apartment with gorgeous view

This apartment was a highlight on our trip. Located adjacent to Port Vieux beach with a stunning view of the beach, island, old town and sunset. Our lovely host greeted us personally and answered all our local questions including where to surf, eat and visit. Unique styled apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, patio overlooking Port Vieux, full kitchen, living room and laundry. Living in old town was the place to be, plenty of life, good food and sunshine. Dinner on the patio with stunning view. So close to the water and city. Highly recommend*****

Appartement très bien placé, tout à pieds, vue splendide du petit balcon. Appartement agréable, très bien agencé, rien ne manque si ce n'est une bouilloire... également très bien orienté pour l'été. Si ma santé me le permet, nous y retournerons en septembre. Très bon accueil qui nous a fait sentir comme à la maison. Merci.

Merveilleux sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Nicole. Il est extrêmement bien placé, aménagé avec goût et avec tout le nécessaire. Le balcon avec vue sur la petite plage nous a ravi. De plus la communication est très facile avec Nicole. Merci beaucoup pour ce week-end parfait.

Emplacement exceptionnel, appartement impeccable aussi fonctionnel que joliment décoré, vue fabuleuse, plage au pied de l immeuble t tout le reste à proximité propriétaire et conciergerie tres diligentes c'est une vraie pépite. Un emplacement idéal pour assurer ses vacances

L’appartement est très propre, lumineux et très bien situé. La décoration est recherchée, celle d'une habitation fréquentée par son propriétaire, loin d' un aménagement sans caractère destiné aux locataires saisonniers. C'est très agréable. Les soirs d'été, la zone du Vieux Port est très fréquentée et les routes autour de l'immeuble aussi, mais cette animation est sympa et on est immergé dans l'ambiance de Biarritz. Il faut juste ne pas se coucher trop tôt ! Tout est très positif. Nous recommandons ce lieu de vacances.

Location, location, location

This place is just what the view pictures show; right on a cute beach, walking to shops and groceries. It is a great location. However, the apt was missing some key items: Soap in one bathroom, shower gel, spare toilet paper, knives that could be used for actual cooking (or slicing bread), plastic wrap. Would be nice to have beach towels provided, although the beach mats were a nice touch. Nicole was very nice and welcoming; however you have to arrive at the appointed meeting time--despite when you might arrive via train or bus. So we had to hang out in town with our baggage for a couple of hours.

Great location. Beach right in front of apartment. Very big tide swing at beach, No waves low tide, small ones at high tide. There is charge for linens so keep in mind. Owner very nice. Would stay again. Can walk to other beaches if you want.

deux semaines très reposantes dans un appartement au confort maximum, dans une déco très raffinée et jouissant d'une vue exceptionnelle. Immeuble très calme au bord de l'océan (plage non fumeur). Ville agréable où on fait tout à pied...bon accueil partout. bons restaurants : Clos Basque, Il Giardino et ses tagliatelles Astice, Le Chistera etc. On y est revenu et on reviendra...

A comfortable apartment in a super location

We were two couples and the accommodation was perfect - two double bedrooms and two well-equipped shower rooms. The living area was spacious and very attractively furnished, with lovely views over the sea and the beach. The kitchen was fully fitted with good quality china, cutlery and cooking appliances. Altogether an excellent holiday rental and within easy reach of sights, shops, restaurants and bars.

appartement agréable, très bien équipé, très belle vue sur l'océan. 2 belles chambres avec une très bonne literie, d'ailleurs l'ensemble de l'appartement est conforme à la description, propre décoré avec gout et l'accueil est sympathique. les rues commerçantes sont à proximité.
