This is a great condo! The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed to cook our meals. Basics like dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and paper towels were provided. The setting is very pretty and we liked the easy access to the walking path. The only negatives were the mattress and pillows were not super comfortable and we could not get the tiny tube TV in the master to work.

Reviewer Comments:
Overall great location but the condo could use a good cleaning....very dusty. Also the beds are very hard and the television in the master bedroom is from the 80s. The coffee maker did not work.

Thank you for the feedback - we will let the owner of the unit know.
The overall size and condition of the place were great. The negatives: kitchen could use a little updating on appliances (and some were dirty), beds were pretty hard, and things were falling apart: window blinds on the floor and another that fell out of its socket when we tried to close it, a towel holder bar came out as soon as we put a towel on it, broken plastic table outside. The positives: spacious, fire place, deck, incredible views, the sound of the river!! If it was updated I would book it again,

Thanks for the feedback. We took the steps to deep clean the kitchen. The maintenance issues were fixed and the deck table was taken away. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
Great views of the amazing scenery in the area – either from the deck or from the unit’s living room. Even in late July, there was snow on some of the mountain peaks. Also, when the windows are open you can hear the Snake river flowing down to the Great valley, and you can hear the Aspens quaking in the continuous breezes. Another plus: The unit is on the end of the building and has a vaulted ceiling in the living room, which adds privacy and the illusion of spaciousness. Had a chance to golf at some of the courses in the area (River course and Ranch course) and the views from virtually every hole were stunning and breathtaking. There were some minor maintenance issues when we arrived, but the management company addressed them the same day we reported them.

Could use some updating
Overall it was a good experience as we enjoyed skiing Keystone. The proximity to the slopes was good and had a pretty view but definitely helped having a non skier for drop off and pick up. It is a long 200 yards! The unit was semi-spacious but the kitchen was not well stocked with decent cookware and the bedrooms had no TV. Well actual the Master did but it was an old tube TV (about 12 inches) that we could not get to work, I mean it is 2018 32 inch TVs are less than 200 bucks!. The cabinet door next to the washer would not close. Luckily I brought a multifunction tool that had a phillips head so I was able to take off the hinge while we were there to prevent us from running into it. The pillows were awful so we purchased new ones at BBand Beyond along with a decent spatula! BUT like I said it didn't stop us from enjoying it.

Hi Jason,
Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay with us. I am glad you had a great time skiing at Keystone.
We will do an inventory this week and purchase new cookware and kitchen utensils as needed. We will also look into the TV situation. I agree 100% that there should be a flat screen and not an old tube TV.
Thank you for taking care of the cabinet door! Thanks again for your comments and we will address them immediately. We appreciate you staying with us.
Sincerely,

Great location with views!
Beautiful views, easy walk to the Mountain Lodge Base area with Skis by crossing a bridge over the stream behind the building. Enjoyed the large outdoor hot tub and walking to River Run village for shops and dining. Quick drive to Breckenridge.

great view and convenient
We had a great time here. View was great and access to the property was easy. Spring snow this year was so so but we had a great time and did our skiing early. The one downside i would say is the walk to the lifts. Its longer than it appears and at the end of the day is pretty tough. The village is great though and you can leave your skis and boots at the village for $3/day.
