Long-time VRBO EXCLUSIVE property. Welcome to the Sonoma Wine Nest! With over 100 5-star reviews since 2014, this property has fully satisfied hundreds of guests!

We are now accepting long term tenants for stays longer than 30 days! Due to the town of Windsor deregulating short-term rentals, the minimum lease is for 30 days or longer to have the home all to yourself. A long-term unfurnished lease is also available. Please ask for rate.

The location is ideal, located just 2 miles from Healdsburg and 2 miles from the Windsor train station. Situated in a neighborhood right off the 101 highway, count on lighted streets at night and a $5 Uber ride into town.

Repeat guests receive special rates. Convenience, cleanliness, and concierge service come with longer stays. All furnishings, including linens, towels, kitchen supplies, paper products, and blow dryers, are included. Also included are a crockpot, vintage juicer, tea kettle, coffee press, Keurig, coffee pot, teas, sugars, etc.

The backyard has couches, a table with available tablecloths, a gas fire pit, a beautiful garden, and string lights.

The home has been ideal for guests who are remodeling, for business stays, fire victims, and for patients receiving treatment nearby. PLEASE DON'T PAY FOR RESERVATIONS VIA WIRE OR CHECK. A Visit to Sonoma and Napa

Cozy & comfortable home perfect for a getaway

This home is exactly as pictured. We loved everything about our stay here. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were great! The neighborhood is tucked in and quiet, but just a 10-minute drive into central Healdsburg. Fantastic communication/recommendations from the owner before and during our stay. Wine country visit

Enjoyed our stay in this property. The house was as advertised. The back yard amenities were a real plus. Enjoyed the comfortable outdoor furniture and the fire pit. Being able to park in the enclosed garage was another plus. The location is good for wine tasting around Healdsburg and the surrounding areas.

Cute house + great location

This house was ideal for a girls' wine getaway. It was very clean and had everything we could need, and the decor was cozy and stylish. The outdoor patio was the highlight and the ideal place to unwind after a day of wine tasting. The location was perfect for visiting Healdsburg (less than 10 mins away) with lots of shopping and restaurants and being so close to Highway 101 made traveling to wineries very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Wine Tasting Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sonoma Wine Nest. It is centrally located in Sonoma County in a nice neighborhood in Windsor. Owners are very helpful, communicate well and allowed early check in, which was much appreciated. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend staying at the Sonoma Wine Nest for a wonderful experience while on a relaxing and fun wine tasting trip.

Great Property in Wine Country

Beautiful property ten minutes from the heart of Healdsburg. Quiet home with very comfortable furnishings. Everything you would find at home was provided. Looking forward to our next visit. Girls trip

We had an amazing time! The house was just as listed and Claudia is amazing. Responds almost immediately and always good for any suggestions needed. We spent a lot of time on the back porch drinking coffee and wine visiting with each other! Much needed vacation and this was the perfect place!

Great Location, Great Service

We LOVED our stay here. The house is located right by healdsburg and near so many wineries and hikes. The location couldn't have been better. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a week's vacation. It has a great backyard to relax, a stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and comfy beds. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions and even checked in that we made it okay. They are very friendly. We can't wait to come back!

Our home can accommodate the pickiest traveler. Although we love dogs, we do not allow pets for guests to enjoy an allergy-free home. With an ease of check-in, comfortable sheets, and all the necessary amenities, we have prepared a home for you to fully enjoy.

It has meant a lot to us to provide a home to a fire victims, local residents who need extra rooms for relatives, and multiple patients who have come to Sonoma for treatments in San Francisco while staying near to relatives, not to mention retirees who came for a few months to enjoy all that Sonoma has to offer. Why they chose this property

My husband and I carefully searched Napa, Sonoma, and the Russian River areas for almost 2 years before deciding on Windsor. Although this town was not famous as a vacation destination then, it has been ideal for several fire victims, patients, and retirees who have come to Sonoma to enjoy all that Sonoma County has to offer.

The Santa Rosa airport is just 7 miles from the home, providing convenience to get to as well. The location is what makes for a great experience. Location! Location! Location!

What makes this property unique

The home is just the right size for a single tenant or a couple who occasionally host friends and family to visit. You won't feel lonely in a big home, but you will have room to have visitors stay a night. It's just the perfect size, in the perfect location, for the perfect price.
