Always a VRBO EXCLUSIVE, 'Sonoma Wine Nest' has received over 100 5-star reviews since 2014. This property has fully satisfied hundreds of guests including long-term stays that have included medical patients, fire victims, and locals who needed a home during renovations. We are an active business that can be searched for more information.

We are now accepting long term tenants for stays longer than 30 days. Due to the town of Windsor deregulating short-term rentals, the minimum lease is for 30 days or longer to have the home all to yourself. A long-term unfurnished lease is also available. Please ask for rate.

The location is ideal, located just 2 miles from Healdsburg and 2 miles from the Windsor train station. The home is perfectly situated in a friendly neighborhood right off the 101 highway for easy access to all areas in Sonoma County. You can count on lighted streets at night and a $5 Uber ride into town.

Convenience, cleanliness, and concierge service come with longer stays too. All furnishings, including linens, towels, kitchen supplies, paper products, and blow dryers, are included. Also included are handy kitchen appliances such as a crockpot, vintage juicer, tea kettle, coffee press, Keurig, coffee pot, teas, sugars, etc.

The backyard has couches, a table with available tablecloths, a gas fire pit, a beautiful garden, and string lights.

Windsor Wine Nest

We stayed here for a wine tasting weekend and it was fantastic! Conveniently located near safeway so we could run and grab stuff we forgot but still super close to wineries! We’d definitely stay here again!

Charming property

The wine nest is the perfect spot for a upscale vacation. The house is tastefully decorated, yet very welcoming. It’s conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and wineries. I highly recommend.

Lovely wine nest

Cozy & comfortable home perfect for a getaway

This home is exactly as pictured. We loved everything about our stay here. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were great! The neighborhood is tucked in and quiet, but just a 10-minute drive into central Healdsburg. Fantastic communication/recommendations from the owner before and during our stay. Wine country visit

Enjoyed our stay in this property. The house was as advertised. The back yard amenities were a real plus. Enjoyed the comfortable outdoor furniture and the fire pit. Being able to park in the enclosed garage was another plus. The location is good for wine tasting around Healdsburg and the surrounding areas.

Cute house + great location

This house was ideal for a girls' wine getaway. It was very clean and had everything we could need, and the decor was cozy and stylish. The outdoor patio was the highlight and the ideal place to unwind after a day of wine tasting. The location was perfect for visiting Healdsburg (less than 10 mins away) with lots of shopping and restaurants and being so close to Highway 101 made traveling to wineries very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Wine Tasting Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sonoma Wine Nest. It is centrally located in Sonoma County in a nice neighborhood in Windsor. Owners are very helpful, communicate well and allowed early check in, which was much appreciated. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend staying at the Sonoma Wine Nest for a wonderful experience while on a relaxing and fun wine tasting trip.

Sonoma Wine Nest rocks!!

The Sonoma Wine Nest was a great choice for us during our trip to California wine country! Claudia was a pleasure to work with and the house was so cute! The beds are comfy, great water pressure, quiet neighborhood. It's also close to the main roads, making it easy to get around the area. We loved spending time in the backyard as well! Wish we would have been able to stay longer!

Our home can accommodate the pickiest traveler. Although we love dogs, we do not allow pets for guests to enjoy an allergy-free home. With an ease of check-in, comfortable sheets, and all the necessary amenities, we have prepared a home for you to fully enjoy.

It has meant a lot to us to provide a home to a fire victims, local residents who need extra rooms for relatives, and multiple patients who have come to Sonoma for treatments in San Francisco while staying near to relatives including retirees who came for a few months to enjoy all that Sonoma has to offer. My husband and I carefully searched Napa, Sonoma, and the Russian River areas for almost 2 years before deciding on Windsor.

The Santa Rosa airport is just 7 miles from the home, providing a convenient location. The location is what makes for a great experience. Location! Location! Location!
