Eine zweckmäßige Unterkunft als Alternative zum einfachen Hotelzimmer. Die Schlafräume (1 x 2 getrennt stehende Einzelbetten Kommode, 1 x Doppelbett Schrank kleines TV) sind einfach gehalten, alle Räume verfügen über Klimageräte einschließlich Heizfunktion. Das Bad ist eng, aber funktioniert. Die "Küche" (eine Niesche im Wohn-/Ess-/Eingangszimmer) kann ausschließlich von 1 Person gleichzeitig betreten / genutzt / bedient werden. Ein nicht zu übergewichtiger Mensch steht auf etwa 1/2 m2 mit Kühlschrank, Kaffepadmaschine und Mikrowelle darauf im Rücken, Mülleimer zur Rechten, halbem Spülbecken und halbem Herd im Bauch. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfen ist einfachst. Der Esstisch, ausgeklappt in den Raum gezogen, bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Ein Sofa hat Platz für 3 Personen. Über einer Kommode mit sämtlichen Küchenutensilien hängt ein Smart-TV. Kostenloses WLAN funktioniert.Die Lage ist direkt am Marktplatz, Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür oder um die Ecke sind, jedenfalls außerhalb der Hauptsaison, kein Problem. Zur Strandpromenade keine 3 Minuten zu Fuß, Restaurants rund herum.Diese Unterkunft wählt man für die Lage, wenn man - ohne mit dem Auto zu fahren - schnell an den Strand, oder mit Leihfahrädern die Umgebung erkunden möchte.Das Leitungswasser ist stark gechlort (habe ich in der Vergangenheit in Hotels am Ort nicht so in Erinnerung), zum Kochen und Trinken haben wir Waser im Supermarkt gekauft.

La propriétaire ne fournit ni drap ni torchons , pas de sel ni poivre ni café , ce n est pas stipulé ds l annonce. De plus il est écrit ds l annonce que le ménage est compris sauf qu en arrivant la propriété nous demande de lui régler 20 euros en espèces alors que je lui dit que ceci est comme, vu l amabilité j ai payé. Mais cela n est pas normal. Elle a dit qu elle mettrai cela ds l annonce l année prochaine !! De plus les départs sur l annonce sont jusqu’à 10 h, elle nous a ordonné dès le jour de l arrivée de partir maxi à 9 h30!!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable . Très bon emplacement au centre des saintes et à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage.Maison confortable et propre.La climatisation est particulièrement appréciable au vue des températures! La propriétaire est sympathique et disponible.

Lieu très agréable surtout si vous ne voulez pas utiliser votre véhicule! Tout est faisable à pied. La maison est très jolie et confortable.

Schöner Osterurlaub in der Camargue

Wir haben hier eine schöne Ferienwoche über Ostern verbracht, zentral gelegen, alles fußläufig erreichbar und doch ruhig. Im Haus alles was man braucht, selber kochen kein Problem und viele Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gern mal wieder!

Alles soweit okay, nette Vermieterin, aber eindeutig ist die sog. VILLA alles andere als gut ausgestattet, die Küche ähnelt eher einem Campingobjekt, es gibt z.B.. noch nicht einmal einen Wasserkocher oder eine Ablage zum Schneiden ... .. Der Parkplatz ist maxímal für KFZ mit einer Länge von 4.60 Meter geeignet. Insgesamt schön gelegen aber mit eindeutigen Defiziten behaftet. Nur eine sehr eingeschränkte Empfehlung

Le logement est vraiment proche de tout, proche de la mer, de la rue pietonne, de restaurant, un parking gratuit juste a côté. C'était vraiment agréable d'y séjourner, la maison en elle-même est très propre et bien équipée. Tout c'est tres bien passé.

Tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Die Lage vom Objekt und Grösse waren für uns als Familie mit zwei Kleinkinder optimal. Das Stadtfest fand in unserer Ferienwoche statt, was einerseits super war, jedoch mehr Lärm erzeugte. Ab 01:00 morgens war alles ruhig. Die Vermieterin war freundlich, jedoch hätte eine Info bei Schlüsselübergabe über Parkplatzsituation während den Festtagen geholfen. Die Reinigung bezahlt man vor Ort, 50Euro, so hat man nicht einen weiteren Stressfaktor bei Abreise. Fanden wir sehr gut und nahmen das Angebot an. Haben jeden Tag den Boden trotzdem gewischt, mussten uns aber am Schluss anhören, dass es sehr dreckig sei. Dies hat und doch schon gewundert und waren über eine solche Aussage erstaunt. Gut zu wissen ist, dass es keine Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Küchentücher, Lappen etc hat. Alles in Allem war es wunderbar und schön.
