Overall, okay. The buildings looks nice but are quite old, the walls are thin, and there was a lot of noise coming from the apartment above. At first glance, it looks clean, but if you take a closer look… There were also some ants in the kitchen and a cockroach in the entryway. That can happen in Florida but it doesn’t have to. The kitchen is well-equipped, but unfortunately the dishwasher was broken. The showers are over the bathtubs; everything is old, but it all worked. It’s hard to understand why there’s no toilet brush in the second bathroom. Sometimes you really need one… The view is also just so-so, but the walk to the beach is quite short. The beach is very nice! There are umbrellas available, and lounge chairs are set up on the beach. The parking spot is very close by, but right in the sun. For the fairly high price we paid—even though it was off-season—we would have expected a little more overall.

Great family spot

Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Steps to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The grounds were well kept. Bonus to have lounge chairs at the beach! It was perfect for our family of 4.

The condo was perfect for a long weekend visiting my aunt on Longboat Key. The place was as expected, clean, kitchen supplied with necessary items, a deck just off the pool. Great staff with easy check in and out. I will stay here again

The location os great and the unit was comfortable and well equipped. We had some issues like the dishwasher wasn’t working and didn’t get fixed before we left. The management office staff was helpful. We played tennis and went to the beach. Great restaurants in the area. Beautiful beach and sunset!
