Let's stay at LV Premier Chiado Apartments - CH4 - an excellent 3-bedroom spacious apartment, with a wide living area and separate equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and feature new beds and luxurious bedding. Bathrooms have been renovated. Air conditioning, heating. Close to attractions in Lisbon, including restaurants and bars in Bairro Alto, historic sites and shops. Several LVpremier apartments in the building. Clean and sanitized.The LV Premier Chiado - CH4 features a spacious and well-lit living area, with high ceilings and very large windows that flood the space with light. A large dining table, living area, air conditioning, and heating complete the setup of this very comfortable apartment. The windows offer excellent views of Rua do Carmo, Santa Justa Elevator, and the commercial alley. Exit the building and reach the Carmo Convent through the newly built Carmo Gardens, to admire the arches and remaining structures from the 1755 earthquake. Enjoy very easy access to all amenities, attractions, theaters, restaurants, and shops. The CH4 can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, with 8 people staying in pre-installed beds in the rooms and remaining on sofa beds.The room has very high ceilings, a dining table for 10 people, as well as a living area with comfortable sofas and a large television. The apartment is equipped with a separate kitchen, fitted with all basic and extra equipment in case you decide to make a home-cooked meal. Both bathrooms have a bathtub and shower. Soft and flexible bath towels, hygiene products for your first day are, of course, provided free of charge, as well as a hair dryer.



Please note: Check-in between 10 PM and 8 AM - 60 euros additional charge. Stays longer than 9 nights include weekly cleaning. Apartment located on a pedestrian street, and the closest point a car can reach is 50 meters from the entrance. Public parking 5 minutes away. When the number of booked guests exceeds the number of beds, we offer folding beds or a sofa bed. These can be set up in the bedrooms or living room. WiFi 500Mb

Wonderful accommodation for a family of 4 adults and 2 teens.

This is a spacious and well-stocked apartment in a super location. When we walked into the kitchen we discovered that we'd been gifted a bottle of wine! The washer and dryer were a great help. We would happily stay there again.

Great location for shopping and food options. Modern and pretty inside the space, just not the most comfortable furniture to sit on. Single beds were comfy but the master bed was on Ikea slats and kept falling through. One of the shower heads wouldn’t stay in place. Everything else was great. I would recommend it.

Great flat in centre of city

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were 6 adults and a two year old. The living room had plenty of space for all of us and the flat is very well equipped down to kitchen foil and capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher. Slightly marked down because the paintwork is a bit tired and there was some road noise. But happy to recommend

We meet up in Lisbon with our adult children who had been traveling through Portugal and France. The apartment was absolutely fabulous for our stay of six and the location was superb. It is extremely well appointed and was a bit of luxury for our crew who had been traveling for several months. The host was very accommodating in dropping bags off before check in with our early arrival.

Very Nice Stay in Chiado

Spacious well appointed apartment that is close to everything! Pro tip - Bolt and Uber have trouble finding the address. Use H&M as a reference point.

The flat was large and clean (other than the shower curtain could use replacing) and was true to the pictures. It is very centrally located which is great, but it also means it can get a bit noisy. We used our white noise phone apps to cover the sounds at night. The kitchen had everything you needed minus napkins and paper plates which would have been an awesome addition. The towels and linens were good but not especially high-end. We enjoyed the welcome wine! The recommended driver service, SmartBus, was very helpful. We appreciated Joel's knowledge and driving skills. We would recommend the flat and LV.

Great apartment right in the tourist section however we found it was not noisy at night. Apartment is very comfortable and the manager was super quick to help us fix a small problem- on a Sunday no less! We really enjoyed our stay here, made everything walkable and very enjoyable. It was an amazing apartment

The apartment was given to us clean and on time. It was in the heart of Lisbon, close to the metro, food, bars, shopping and many historic sites. The best part was it was all walking distance from the apartment. The communication with the onsite manager was amazing. She was able to provide a tour of everything that was available as well as provide some recommended places to visit. She was also nice enough to walk us to the train station to visit the famous city, Sintra. I would highly recommend this place as your place of home during your stay in Lisbon.
