The Space:
Very well-located apartment in the Baixa Chiado area of Lisbon. A first-floor apartment in a newly restored building with a side view of the Tagus River and lots of light. Just a short 2-minute walk to the waterfront and the Cais do Sodee station. Enjoy the very fashionable Ribeira market which is just a couple of minutes walk from here. Lovely high ceilings make you feel the golden age of Portugal's past.

Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary facilities, including oven/microwave & hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle & toaster, coffee making machine.

Living Room:
The really large living room is divided into two areas. A separate dining area seats up to 6

Guest Access:
We will either meet you at the property or you will be able to collect the keys from a local key nest - please let us know which you prefer.
The metro station is on the doorstep so you can get from our amazing spot here to anywhere in Lisbon, Cascais, or beyond!

The Neighborhood:
Step out of the front door and you find yourself right in the heart of it all. This area is rich in history and culture. It's extremely trendy with a variety of the best bars & restaurants just up a couple of blocks. A few minutes walk will take you to the late-night area of Bairro Alto where you can get a true Portuguese nightlife experience... Hop on the charming "Elevador da Bica" (Lisbon's famous tram inaugurated 1892) to be transported back to times gone by. The property is within 10 10-minute walk of the fresh produce market at Avenida 24 Julho near Cais do Sodré station.

Spill out into the plentiful cafés, bars, and speciality shops for a real Lisboeta experience. Take in the sights and sounds whilst enjoying a typical continental breakfast or an afternoon beer "imperial" on the pavement cafés and watch the world go by.

This lively suburb of downtown Lisbon, one of the more intellectual parts of the city, is frequented and inhabited by journalists, writers, students, and visitors alike... just steps away from the trendiest shopping streets.

Getting Around:
Lisbon airport is just 20 minutes away by taxi.
Taxi service from the airport should not cost more than 25€. Alternatively, you can take the Metro until Baixa-Chiado station.
If you are driving, there are 2 parking at 350 meters of the apartment that cost from 15€/day to 40€/day.

* We provide:
-Linen for each bed (1 set)
-Towels for each guest (1 set – bath towel and hand towel)

* Baby items have a cost. Please note that this should be requested at least 48 hours before arrival, otherwise, it could attract a moving fee of €20.00 if it requires an additional trip by the cleaning company.

-Baby high chair per night (min 3 nights) – €18.00
* Please note that additional amenities like beach towels and umbrellas can be rented for a nominal fee. Feel free to send us a message to inquire about the rental prices for these items.

* Since our office is located in Cascais, you can collect the apartment keys from a keynest point at any time between 16h00 and 21h30, seven days a week.
If you prefer, we can also arrange a meet and greet service for an additional fee.
-€45.00 for arrivals between 20h00 and 23h00
-€60.00 for arrivals after 23h00.
* We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the city of Cascais, in cash on each arrival. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax.
* Parties and loud music are strictly not allowed at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise.
* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of the agreement we have with our owners.
