Sunny House is a very bright apartment located in the heart of Aranova, a fraction of the Municipality of Fiumicino, in the province of Rome.
E 'consists of a spacious living room with kitchenette and sofa-bed, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom and a beautiful and sunny terrace equipped with comfortable sofas and a table and chairs.
It offers all the amenities to make you feel at ease our guests. And 'in fact equipped with a washing machine, microwave, wifi internet access, air conditioning in the bedroom and living room and central heating.
The apartment is also equipped with parking space.
The Infant Jesus Hospital Palidoro is a 10 minute drive as well as the beach Maccarese. The center of Rome can be reached by car in about 20 minutes and by train in about 25 minutes from Palidoro station.
