Pretty and welcoming 50mç Rustic suitable for 2 - 3 people. Equipped with heating and air conditioner - one bedroom, one bathroom, eat-in kitchen and lounge with TV-SAT. Il Rustico is furnished with taste and love for detail. Beautiful terrace with panoramic views of the Versilia coast - equipped with, umbrella, chairs, table, deck chairs and barbecue. Il Rustico is located on a country road - the last 200 m to the house are narrow. Not ideal for (low) and very large sports cars. The car can also be left in the square a few meters from home.
Parking on the property.
Not suitable for people with walking problems. Internal stairs!

The house itself is a really comfortable place to stay with fabulous outside facilities. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor seating with brilliant views down to the sea. The house had all of the things needed for living comfortably. The access to the house is doable with a car but easier if your car is a small one as the road to the drive is very narrow. In any case, the distance from the busy coastline below was completely what we wanted. The owners and property manager, Donata were so helpful and have done everything to make our stay special. We had such a relaxing stay with the option to go hiking or sight seeing when we wanted. Recommended.

Sehr, sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung durch Donata! Wir waren zu Dritt (51/45/15) d.h. unser Junior schlief auf dem Sofa, aber das war nicht soo bequem. Hatte Donata aber vorher bereits gesagt. Haben wir trotzdem in Kauf genommen. Auch das Thema Auto ist gut beschrieben, d.h. mit meiner fast 5m langen Limousine war kein Hinfahren möglich. Donata hat beim Aus- und Einladen mit ihrem Auto geholfen. Einkäufe konnte man bestens die 200m vom Parkplatz transportieren. Ansonsten alles super. Der Pool liegt m. E. Eher neben dem Haus; man kann vom Küchenfenster hinschauen. Fast Einzellage, aber die Nachbarn stören nicht. Ab und zu kommen mal Hunde vorbei :-)Trattoria Luciano ist sehr zu empfehlen, ansonsten haben wir gekocht oder gegrillt.Tutto bene!

Der Chek-in verlief einwandfrei und sehr angenehm. Die Gastgeber sind sehr frundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Anfang an stellte sich eine sehr nette und freundschaftliche Atmosphere dar. Alles was man für entspannten Urlaub braucht haben wir im Rustico und Umgebung gefunden.Wer Ruhe und einen fabelhaften Meerblick geniesßen möchte ist in Rustico und bei der Gastgeberin bestens aufgehoben. Wir haben in dieser Unterkunft 12 Zauberhafte Tage in der Toscana verbringen dürfen. Bei Ankunft wurden wir von Donata herzlich empfangen und sie gab uns direkt gute Tipps und Empfehlungen für unseren Urlaub. Die Unterkunft bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick und wunderschöne Terassen. Sonst war alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen...besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage und die Natur drum herum. Wir können uns den Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger nur anschließen. Wer Ruhe sucht und sich fernab des Trubels wohl fühlt, ist hier genau richtig. Donata und Stafania sind herzliche Menschen, vom Check in bis zum Check out alles perfekt.

Wunderschön gelegenes und voll ausgestattetes Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wunderbares, ruhig gelegenes, liebevoll eingerichtetes und sehr gepflegtes Rustico – mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Empfang mit Obstkorb und Wein als Willkommensgeschenk – alles sehr lecker – war großartig. Auch die Betreuung durch Donata während unseres Aufenthalts war hervorragend – herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gastgeber selbst haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber über Donata waren sie für alle Fragen erreichbar.Das Haus hat drei Stockwerke, die mit kleinen Treppen verbunden sind. In jedem Stockwerk befindet sich ein Raum: Bad, Wohnbereich mit Küche, Schlafzimmer. Für die Anfahrt sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, besonders auf den letzten Metern, und mit breiten oder tiefliegenden Fahrzeugen vorsichtig sein. Donata hat uns mit ihrem „eng-Gassen-erprobten“ Fiat beim Gepäck geholfen – dafür nochmal 1000 Dank! Der Fußweg vom Parkplatz an der Hauptstraße ist kurz, das Haus gut erreichbar. Der Außenbereich ist liebevoll gestaltet, es gibt viele schöne Plätze zum Entspannen. Der kleine Pool mit Blick ins Tal ist traumhaft. Abends haben wir die Heizung genutzt – funktionierte problemlos.In der Nachbarschaft leben ein paar liebe Hunde, die ab und zu vorbeischauen – kein Problem für uns.Das Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Toskana. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Danke an alle, die das möglich gemacht haben!Herzlichst, Michaela & Christian

Super Rustico in den Bergen ueber Viareggio mit tollem Ausblick

Sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort, schönes Ferienhaus mit Zimmern auf 3 Etagen… man sollte gut zu Fuß sein!Alles Notwendige vor Ort.Und das Extra: Ein eigener kleiner Schwimm-Pool im sehr gepflegten Garten! Allerdings war es bei unserem Aufenthalt noch etwas frisch….

Tutto bene, grazie mille!

Ein hochgelegenes Rustico mit einem wunderschönen Blick bei jedem Wetter über das Land und auf das ligurische Meer. Alle üblichen Reiseziele wie Carrara, Pietrasanta, Camaiore, Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Florenz und Pistoia sind ohne zu großen Aufwand erreichbar. Im Haus selbst fehlt nichts, die nahe Umgebung ist ruhig und eine Trattoria (da Luciano) in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkäufe macht man unten in den Märkten, die Serpentinen hoch zum Haus sind gut machbar und auch der letzte Weg hoch zum Haus (wir fuhren mit einem vollbeladenen Citroen C4 Picasso) war ok. Außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und liebenswert erlebten wir unsere Gastgeber Stefania und Sandro, allen voran aber Donata! Wir danken sehr für die schönen und erlebnisreichen Tage bei euch, Stefan & Elke

Un séjour au top

Une petite maison parfaite pour un couple en Toscane... On a pu profiter et de la piscine et de la tranquilité. Proche de Pise, de Florence et de Lucques on a pu visiter tranquillement. Merci aux hôtes qui on était accueillant et de bon bons conseils

Ruhe und Weitsicht

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönen toskanischen Rustico verbracht und es genossen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und hat einen wunderbaren Blick bis auf das Mittelmeer. Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca und ans Mittelmeer. Donata hat sich überragend um uns gekümmert, mit Tipps zum Essengehen, Einkaufen und zu Ausflügen. Sehr herzlich!

Fantastisch

Wir wissen gar nicht wo wir anfangen und aufhören sollen. Sehr herzlicher Empfang, dann diese Aussicht und das Haus mit dem tollen Pool nur für uns ist sooo liebevoll gestaltet. Wir kommen wieder:)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, uns erholt und viel erlebt. Die Lage des Häuschens ist wunderschön: der Ausblick bei Tag und bei Nacht wirklich außergewöhnlich und "unbezahlbar". Donata und die Gastleute haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen - wir fühlten uns von Beginn an wohl. Das Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die vielen Außenplätze inkl. eigenem Pool sind wunderschön und ermöglichen Entspannung pur. Ziele wie Lucca, Pietrasanta, Viareggio, Livorno, Forte dei Marmi, aber auch Bolgheri sind gut erreichbar - dem exklusiven "ToskanaFeeling" steht nichts im Wege. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Herzlichen Dank und cardiali saluti an unsere Gastgeber!!!

Das Haus in den Bergen.

Sehr gepflegtes, rustikales Ferienhaus mit wunderbarem Fernblick in absolut ruhiger Lage, welches sich über 3 Stockwerke erstreckt (ganz unten Dusche / Toilette, im Eingangsbereich Wohnen / Küche, oben Schlafen). Durch die örtlichen Gegebenheiten (Pool mit Dusche und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten auf ebenfalls mehreren Ebenen) kann man problemlos ganze Tage in großer Abgeschiedenheit verbringen, vorausgesetzt man hat alle Vorräte an Bord ;-) Wobei es auf Grund der höheren Lage gerade bei Hitze immer einige Grade kühler ist als direkt am Meer. Unsere Erwartungen an einen ruhigen, erholsamen Aufenthalt wurden vollständig erfüllt. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Traumhafte Aussichten

Ein wunderbarer Ort um der Hektik des Alltags zu entkommen - alles wie beschrieben. Ruhe, Entspannung, traumhafte Aussichten und ein mit Liebe fürs Detail eingerichtetes Rustico hat uns für eine Woche verwöhnt. Vom ersten Kontakt ein herzlicher Austausch, eine liebe Begrüßung und Einweisung, Obstkorb und Wein als Willkommensgruss - wir haben uns sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Vacanza a Pietrasanta

Un soggiorno in collina a 20 minuti da Pietrasanta e il Lido di Camaiore. Centrale come posizione, per quanto riguarda città d'arte, spiagge libere, supermercati e bei ristoranti lungo mare. La struttura è molto carina, curata e spaziosa. La piscina è il tocco forte: una vista magnifica sul paesaggio marino durante tutto l'arco della giornata. Difficile i primi giorni riuscire a salire con la macchina per gli ultimi 100 metri, ma per il resto consigliatissima.

Wunderbarer Ort für einen Urlaub ohne Trubel

Unkompliziert und kompetent in der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (grazie Donata!). Tolles Ambiente, sowohl in der Einrichtung wie auch bzgl. Lage. Der Pool ist Gold wert, die zentrale Lage für Ausflüge und den nahegelegenen Strand! Wunderbar!
