Located 7 km away from the sea, amid a vast garden of 3000 m2, with courtyard, outbuilding and parking.
View of the marshes of Bessin and the countryside.
Enjoy both the calm of the countryside, the animation of the sea (sailing, swimming, fishing ..), tourist animations, sports (horse riding, golf, tennis) and gastronomic (do not miss the fish market of Grandcamp, 10 minutes by car) from the region.
Very close to shops in the town: bakery, butcher-delicatessen, pharmacy, doctors, grocery store, tobacco-newspapers.
