3 bedroom apartment for up to 6 people on the Paseo Marítimo de l'Escala.
This duplex apartment has been completely renovated recently. As we entered, we found a modern, open kitchen, fully equipped, a bathroom with shower and a living room. Terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the community pool.
On the lower floor there are 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and another terrace.
L'Escala is one of the most characteristic towns on the Costa Brava. This apartment is located half way from Riells beach and the old town center where most restaurants and shops are located.

Zeer aangenaam, netjes gerenoveerde duplex. Meer dan genoeg ruimte, 2 badkamers is heel handig!
Prachtig uitzicht vanop het terras op de zee. Ook handig dat je vanop het terras een goed zicht hebt op het zwembad (voor de kinderen).
