To spend a pleasant holiday in the Costa Dorada we offer this cozy villa with private pool, with capacity for 12 people, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, located in the quiet residential area Solemio of Miami Playa, near the beach, in an ideal area for family vacations.

The holiday house is very spacious, with nice distribution on the ground floor, overlooking the garden and pool, and consists of 5 bedrooms, large living room, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet outside, fully equipped kitchen and magnificent terrace-garden with private pool, hammocks and barbecue. Villa Atenea is very well equipped, with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday: dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, internet access, television, etc. Due to its magnificent situation you will enjoy a great family holiday.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Villa Atenea

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Villa Atenea. The house is well-located, clean, and comfortable, with a layout suitable for both children and adults, as well as for small and large groups. The rooms were tidy, and the facilities met our expectations.The only downside was the unexpected and rather high charge for late key collection, which felt somewhat hidden during the booking process. Additionally, the online check-in process required an unusually detailed amount of personal information (including full ID numbers for all guests), which may raise privacy concerns for some.That said, we still enjoyed our time there, and the environment was calm and family-friendly. A very nice place overall – with just a few things to improve on transparency.

Me ha gustado la casa. Solo veo una pequeña pega que hace mucho calor en las 3 habitaciones que están al otro lado de la casa y si pones el aire para que se enfríe esa zona la casa de queda muy fría. Poner un toldo en la cocina que mientras se cocina por las mañana deslumbra mucho el sol

En general casa muy agradable, con piscina, barbacoa, camas cómodas, jardín amplio, para una estancia agradable. Por sacar algún inconveniente, se encuentra algo retirado para poder hacer pequeñas compras, pues no existen locales cercanos funcionando. MOSQUITOS, por las noches nos ha acribillado a picotazos a todos los ocupantes de la casa.

Superbe propriété, à proximité du centre tout en profitant de la tranquilité de l'extérieur, avec notamment l'accès à la plage à 15 min à pieds. Le : la disposition de la villa permet de réserver une partie aux enfants (4 ados avec possibilité de 8 au moins dans 3 chambres avec leur propre wc/SdB), totalement séprarée de la partie comprenant les chambres aux lits doubles, cuisine, salon et autres salles de bains. Enfin l'équipe de Parc Mont Roig est à l'écoute des demandes et problèmes éventuels, très respectueuse lors de ses interventions sur site et répond avec rapidité. Merci également à eux pour la qualité de ce séjour

Absolut traumhafter Ort, ruhig und doch mit viel Leben. Alle sind freundlich, die Strände sind ein Traum, das wetter ist super und die Villa bietet Platz. Immer wieder gerne. Das einzig negative ist tatsächlich, die Heimreise Vielleicht eine zweite mobile Klimaanlage für den untersten Raum (wie ursprünglich im wohnzimmer instaliert war), dort kommt kaum die kühle Luft aus der vorhandenen Anlage, sonst gibt es nichts

Bei Regen tritt in verschieden Räumen Regenwasser in größeren Mengen ins Haus ,imm Badezimmer im Haupthaus und in zwei Schlafzimmern im Nebengebäude mussten Eimer aufgestellt werden , um das Regenwasser aufzufangen . Dort muss dringend nachgebessert werden . Ansonsten eine schöne Unterkunft , sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattt . Es war alles vorhanden .

El exterior de la casa es muy agradable, espacios amplios y buena distribución. Los niños han disfrutado mucho de la piscina. Un frigorífico más grande o habilitar uno más para la cantidad de personas que caben en la casa, el que hay no llega para todos.

Der Urlaub ist jedes Mal ein besonderes Highlight, der Ort an sich ist traumhaft und ruhig, und auch salou und cambrils sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne Die insekten sind ein Problem, es ist nicht zu vermeiden das sie dort leben, aber unter den Fliesen im Garten kommen zum Teil hunderte hinaus und hierfür muss man eine Lösung finden...

Mi opinión sobre mi estancia es buena, sinceramente es un lugar idóneo para poder pasar unos días de vacaciones con la familia o amigos, en este caso lo nuestro fue familiar, y ha cumplido con mis expectativas y las de mi familia. Los 3 lavabos bien, recalcar que el de la bañera, deberían plantearse cambiar la cortina de la ducha, porque creo que ya empieza a tener sentimientos... y también cambiar la alcachofa, ya que el agua sale muy mal. -Algunos muebles de algunas habitaciones deberían de hacer una renovación importante, ya que están desencajados y bastante viejos.

Super Lokation

Sehr schön angelegtes Häuschen mit Pool. Das Haupthaus mit zwei Schlafzimmern ,WC Bad mit Badewanne, Wohnzimmer, Küche und Aufenthaltsraum bzw. Esszimmer ist schlicht aber ausreichend mit Möbeln bestückt. Dann gibt es noch drei weitere externe Zimmer die keinen direkten Zugang zu dem Hauptwohnbereich haben. Diese Zimmer sind separat abschließbar und eines dieser Zimmer hat auch ein WC und Dusche. Zudem gibt es noch ein einzelnes WC. Der gesamte Außenbereich mit Grillplatz ist schön angelegt. Der weiche Kunstrasen sorgt für angenehmes laufen. Alle zwei Tage kommt wer vorbei und macht den Pool sauber. Eine leicht Priese wehte während unseres Aufenthaltes immer, und dann fliegt auch mal das Ein oder Andere Blatt in den Pool. Kein Problem. Allerding ging an zwei aufeinander folgenden Tagen sehr heftig der Wind und der Pool war recht voll mit Blättern und Kleinkram. Leider kam danach niemand vorbei um den Pool zu reinigen, da es außerhalb der festen Tage war an denen der Poolreiniger sowieso kommt. Das empfand ich ein wenig als Nachteil. Aber , ich würde jederzeit diese Anwesen wieder buchen.

Très bonne location. Très bonne gestion de la part de l agence qui est aux petits soins. A noter que 3 chambres ne communique pas dans la maison. L entrée est individuelle face à la piscine. Sans climatisation. Pour nos deux familles à l intérieur de la maison c était parfait,

Presque parfait

Le mobilier commence à vieillir. Pas de possibilité de se garer DANS la propriété. L agence toujours présente rapidement et trouvé une solution immédiate (le voisin nous avait coupé l eau!). La piscine est entretenue par leur soin de façon régulière. Calme merveilleux ! On a adoré notre séjour. Miami Playa est une ville très jolie. Il faut manger les petits pains de la cafétéria le français et manger le poulet et les frites de la friterie belge Patrice sur l avenue de Barcelone un vrai régal ! Superbe semaine N oubliez pas de vous rendre à Salou et de manger à la Nonna. Tarragone est une très belle ville également. Nous retournerons certainement.

Unglaublich schöner Urlaub

Wir waren zum 3 mal hier und werden auch in Zukunft nur hier Urlaub machen. Für uns war es der perfekte Ort mit Kindern den Urlaub richtig genießen zu können. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub
