About this property

Beautiful,waterfront condo in Stuart, FL

2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with view of St. Lucie River waterway. Seasonal monthly rental. Shorter terms available for Thanksgiving and Christmas. We are a short 1/2 mile walk to historic downtown Stuart. You can fish off our dock or bring your boat and have it parked right outside of where you are staying. There are 2 different condos available that are a 2/1 setup. One has a Queen bed and a full size bed in the second bedroom. The second condo has a trundle bed and a Queen bed. TV's in Living room and 1 bedroom.

Nice Place in Stuart

The condo was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked many meals. The washer and dryer were a big help as well. Also there is great covered parking, which is really helpful in Florida. The only negative is that the train tracks are close, but after a few days you don’t notice it. We would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunate trains

Lovely location, beautifully decorated condo. Excellent response from owners when needed. Unfortunately it was very noisy with close trains passing very 1/2 hr or so with exceedingly loud horns. Both passenger and freight. It should have been mentioned in the information. Dish ware very unprovided. We brought 2 additional water glasses so we would have 4, a can opener, and single sheets because none provided. Owner needs to check to see what is needed. We have used VRBO over the years and been very satisfied. Unfortunately, this was not one of our more pleasant stays.

We have stayed at the property for the past 4 years, Have enjoyed every minute of it.

Having a dock for fishing & boat mooring is a plus for guests. Also being able to walk to town is great. Pat & Joe have always been great hosts

Fabulous, relaxing et-a-way!

Stayed for 4 weeks, property owner asked us to notify her with our approximate arrival time. We were coming in from Ohio, she met us promptly, gave us the keys and showed us around. Very clean and homey. Nicely furnished, fantastic view of the intercoastal waterways from our balcony, provided a nice breeze. Convenient location to many of the popular beaches and downtown Stuart.

We build this building in 2006 to have our Civil Engineering office in and have condos to rent. We have been renting mostly just during the winter season for the last 6 years. There is someone here during work hours if you have any questions or problems. We live only 2 miles away if you need anything special.

A Boater's Paradise. 30 minutes from the St. Lucie Inlet. Enjoy great fishing here at the 'Sailfish Capital.' Popular year-round, the Sailfish shines in local waters in December through March and during the summer months, particularly June and July. From the adventure of a day of offshore fishing for Marlin, Dolphin, Sailfish or Wahoo, to the spectacular bass fishing on Martin County's western border of Lake Okeechobee, to the wide array of inshore fishing opportunities, there is literally something for every style of fishing enthusiast. Local charter boats available.

What makes this property unique

The county's beaches include individual access strips that allow for more private spots to enjoy the surf and sand or larger, guard-protected areas like Stuart Beach, Hobe Sound Beach and Sea Turtle/ Jensen Beach. The Bathtub Beach is a special spot for young families where small children can enjoy the surf with the protection of a reef that creates a wading pool adjacent to the beach. Beaches have surfing, swimming, fishing, windsurfing, nature centers and much more! One of the more popular sports for Floridian's is underwater diving. Local waterways have many beautiful reefs and colorful marine life. Snorkeling and scuba diving bring out many visitors and residents to the beaches, rivers and offshore spots.
