Portion of farmhouse on the Gulf of La Spezia, in a hilly position overlooking the sea and the city, surrounded by nature and greenery but a few km from the center and services, close to the train station, bus stop in front of the house, free parking, excellent point starting point for excursions on foot and to reach the 5 Terre.
Portovenere and Lerici 25 minutes by car.
The house has just been completely renovated, new furnishings and outdoor areas with a barbecue area.
Wifi free throughout the home and outdoor areas.
Nothing is missing, you can also stay at home all day and enjoy the sun, the evening outdoors to dine and admire the stars, absolute silence will listen only the cicadas, we sleep and there is no traffic or stress from the city, if you do not have a car we will take care of your travel to and from the station and the airport.
the whole property is covered by a volumetric alarm system that you can insert at your convenience.
the house is particularly suitable for those traveling by motorcycle having a large parking available and a locked garage, for the same reason it is suitable for those traveling with bikes in tow.

Very good and clean property. The best place you can get. Everything is allright.

The ovnens of the property are the most friendly and helpfull people. They want to do the best for you. You really feel at home. Beautiful area. You have good opportunities to visit Cinque Terre. Do you want to shop, you can reach La Spezia in about 15 minuts. If you want to bike in the mountains, the area gives you the best opportiunities for that. You also can enjoy the day on the lovely terrace at the property. You can really enjoy your holiday in this area. Thanks to Valentina and her mother and father for given our family such a nice holiday in Italy. This residence is definitely worth a visit😀😀😀 The best regards - Anders, Mogens og Dorthe from Denmark

Lovely setting above the city with very warm, friendly hosts.

The property is above the city of La Spezia with a wonderful view and a local bus nearby gets you to town in 15 min. The apartment is new and well equipped. The owners are very friendly and helpful in spite of not speaking English. We had easy access to Cinca Terra and other lovely cities by the water by train or ferry.
