Villa Paradiso with private pool, air conditioning Wi-Fi / sleeps 7

The villa is on three levels:
On the main floor are: compact kitchenette, living room, one bathroom, one double bedroom, large balcony suitable for private sunbathing and gazing towards the sea on the horizon.
On the upper level there are three bedrooms (one double bed, one with two single beds and another with a small double bed) one bathroom (with shower) and balcony with lovely sea view on the horizon.
These two levels are whole unit.
On the ground floor with separate access areas, the owners visit the villa when there is the change over guests, for clean the garden, the swimming pool and house.
The villa contains a private pool with sun loungers, a large outside BBQ and its own authentic pizza oven.
However the real draw of the area are the Caribbean-like beaches that are scattered everywhere along this picturesque coast. Perfect for young children the beaches includes Chia (voted in the Daily Telegraph May 2008 as one of the world's Best Beaches), Teurredda, Nora, Santa Margharita di Pula.
As with many places in Italy the food and wine is also fresh and tasty - but unlike other areas the prices are significantly cheaper. Fresh fruit is available from the road sides throughout the year with peaches and figs particularly popular in the summer months. Local red wine is very good.
Finally for those with young children there is a water park (less than 10 mins drive away, while the ancient capital city of Cagliari is a 25min drive
