Maria Teresa Cottage was originally a farm building that the owners then renovated and turned into a pleasant holiday cottage. It is located in the hills overlooking the plain where the town of Lucca stands and which is just a few minutes' drive away. Surrounded by olive groves, woods and small vineyards. Pleasant panoramic view stretching as far as Mount Serra. Peaceful but not completely isolated and with a secondary road that passes a little further down from the property. On the side facing the valley is a fenced-in lawn with garden furniture and swimming pool (8x4, 1.00-1.35m deep) (01/05-30/09), with an outdoor shower, shaded paved terrace with table and chairs ideal for outdoor dining, wood-burning oven and barbecue. Nice furnishings with country style furniture. 3 hours cleaning/week are included in the price. The accommodation has central heating and Wi-Fi internet access. Covered parking for 2 cars.ACCOMMODATION: (120 m2) Gr. fl.: entrance, living/dining room with fireplace and windows facing the valley and the lawn, kitchen/dining room, laundry room (washing machine), 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom ( bed width. 1.50m) with windows overlooking the valley and with air conditioning, 2 twin beds also with windows overlooking the valley (for both bedrooms the beds can be joined together), 1 bathroom with bath. The bedroom windows have with mosquito screens.LOCATION: 3 km Sant’Alessio (grocery shops), 7 km Lucca, 26 km Pisa, 27 km the beaches of the Versilia, 40 km Montecatini Terme, 42 Forte dei Marmi, 88 km Florence.

Très bon emplacement pour cette maison, à proximité de Lucca mais parfaitement au calme avec une vue magnifique. Très propre, très bon service (ménage et entretien piscine et jardin) Charme authentique à l’intérieur (même si la décoration n’est pas à la dernière mode). Tout est en bon état et parfaitement fonctionnel. Piscine et jardin agréables Moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres très appréciables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans cette maison.
