Beautiful property (330 m2)made up of a farmhouse and a barn located in the hills between Lucca and the Versilian coast, with the possibility of reaching the major Tuscan cities of art for day trips. The restoration resulted in a very attractive country-style property, composed of two buildings, where two groups or families may enjoy a stay together while maintaining their independence. The house is surrounded by a lovely terraced garden furnished for outdoor meals and with an olive grove and a "bocce" court. The pool (12 x 6 depth 0,80-2,70)(01/06-28/09) was designed to blend perfectly with the Tuscan countryside with lovely views of the surrounding hills. The position is excellent for hikers and people who like to walk. Ping pong table available for guests. Cooking lessons are available upon request.Pool fence (to be requested in advance). Compulsory cleaning 9 hours per week included in the price. Central heating.
