MODERN VILLA HEATED POOL & CLOSE TO PACHA, NOBU ,TALAMANCA BEACH , IBIZA TOWN,

A new and modern holiday home set in Ibiza Town and featuring free WiFi ,Air Con and a private heated swimming pool. The property is 1.5 km from Pacha and boasts views of the city. Free parking is available on site.

Please note that from October 15th to April 15th, the pool is heated for reservations confirmed at least 72 hours before the arrival date.
The holiday home is composed of 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet, equipped with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and an oven, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. A flat-screen TV are offered in each bedroom. Other facilities include a year-round non heated outdoor pool.

Marina Botafoch is 10 minutes walking, while Dalt Vila is 2.2 km away. The nearest airport is Aeropuerto de Ibiza Airport, 9 km from the property.

Beautiful villa

We stayed 10 days in this beautiful villa and thoroughly enjoyed it. Luisa our host was so helpful with everything. She organised our car rental for our stay also at a very good price. She recommended lots of things for us to do and places to eat. The villa is about a 10/15 minute walk or less than 5 min drive from the small village of Jesus which is lovely. Also 10 min drive by Uber/taxi into old town Ibiza. Old town Ibiza is beautiful and totally well worth a visit. Lots of beautiful streets and fabulous restaurants. Overall we had a fabulous stay in Ibiza and would totally recommend this villa. We would love to go back at some stage.
