Kevin was a great host with great communication — and his house was perfect for the 10 of us who were having a friends' reunion trip to Cedar Point (which is literally like 5 minutes from the house!) The house had just enough beds/sofa beds for everyone to have their own — and we loved the great back yard and flexible gathering space options in the house. We'd definitely book Kevin's house again if we decide to make our trip an annual thing!

You could not ask for a better host! Kevin was flexible and very easy to work with. He was friendly and responsive and I enjoyed our experience very much. The house could use some updating, as I’m sure he knows. The location is great and there was room for all of us! Lots of games: pool, foosball, ping pong, table video game. The big living room is especially pretty.

I got this home because we were going to have 7 little children and it seemed like it would be family friendly. It was not. While, there were a lot of games and fun items the amount of rules made it feel like we were walking on eggshells. Host was communicating well, but it was a lot of rules to follow. Hopefully we followed them well. For eating purposes, we didn’t want to have any of the kids make a mess in the formal dining room so we ate outside, thankfully the weather cooperated with us. For such an old house it was decent, but could use some updating and maintaining. Kitchen wasn’t the best stocked either. For example, to list a house that sleeps over 20 people you will need more than just a Keurig. Great price but not the best house for a family weekend.

The house is older and very unique in design. We did have a few problems that could use some attention. the kitchen has an ant infestation on the countertops. the hardware in both showers was either broken or difficult to use. the doorknob on the door to the back yard off the breezeway is broken and we found ourselves locked out a couple of times. The back patio was great; we loved hanging out there in the evening. Kevin was quick to respond to my messages. Location was perfect for beaches and Cedar Point. The house just needs a little TLC.

Family Vacation

Had a great weekend relaxing and cooking on the grill!!!Great location for shopping and cedar point. Only 20 minutes to the ferry to put n bay ..clean environment great host. Nice pool table and game room for kids of all ages

Perfect for large groups

Four baseball families were able to share the home comfortably for 5 days. Some of the bedrooms are a little small for suitcases and such, but there is plenty of sleeping space throughout. The kids were entertained by the game rooms. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Sandusky.

Kevin was a very great help he was especially always ready to respond and accurately answer any questions or concerns that I had and he also gave lots of good tips and suggestions for the location. Very much inclined to book again thanks again Kevin!

Everything was great. We even walked to some stores around the area.

It was an easy access to everything in the house. Its big and comfortable for a large family and everything is conveniently close by.

House is in a nice residential neighborhood and was just minutes away from everything.

Great rental for our 10 person party. We came up for 2022 Bike week and had a blast. Nice location and very good communication with Owner. We would recommend this location and will look to rent again.
