We often move to the villa to work, it is a quiet place suitable for long stays where we took care of all the facilities and especially Wifi.

— KAYAK —
The three-person kayak is available to take two paddles on the beach or to reach isolated little beaches, Spanish towers, and blue caves.

— SURF —
Su Conventeddu, Chia Pipeline, Guruneddu, and the Marshal are just some of the most important spots nearby. The best period is from September to March.

— KITESURFING AND WINDSURFING —
The whole area is well known for the seasonal breeze commonly called thermal, a strong and constant wind that starts to rise in the late morning and ends in the late afternoon. The spots in the Chia and Capoterra area are internationally known. It can be practiced year-round; there is no shortage of wind here.

— MOUNTAIN —
In front you have the sea but behind you there is one of the largest forests in Europe, 100 km2 including the forest of is Cannoneris and the forest of Pixinamanna with trails for trekking, mountain biking, and climbing.

Wunderschönes und toll ausgestattetes Haus

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Lorenzos Haus. Das Haus hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Vor allem mit kleinen Kindern war das sehr hilfreich. Es gab Spielzeug, Sandspielzeug, Sonnenschirm, Fahrräder mit Kindersitzen usw. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen traumhaften Garten mit Terasse. Lorenzo war super nett und hilfsbereit und hat immer umgehend auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Da unser Flug so früh ankam, durften wir bereits am Vormittag unser Gepäck im Haus abstellen und uns umziehen, um an den Strand zu gehen. Der Empfang von Lorenzos Eltern Giovanni und Mariana war sehr herzlich und es gab sogar ein paar Leckereien im Kühlschrank. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Vacanza in relax

Una splendida settimana in un ambiente fresco e silenzioso. Innanzi tutto la cortesia e la disponibilita nonché la simpatia dei Proprietari dice tutto di come è gestita la parte della villetta condivisa con loro. Ottime le camere e ben attrezzata la cucina. La parte esterna nel giardino è super comoda con addirittura due aree per mangiare all'ombra. Preparatevi a splendide serate. Inoltre a poche centinaia di metri,sempre all'interno della pineta, vi è un market molto attrezzato....che aspettate..meglio di così . Infine da questa postazione potrete raggiungere tutte le piu belle spiagge della costa sud-occidentale a pochi minuti di auto.

Bellissima casa!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di luglio in 5 persone presso questa bellissima casa immersa nel verde. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. La spiaggia più vicina si raggiunge a piedi in 10 minuti e tutte le più belle spiaggie di Chia in circa 15 minuti di auto. Senza dubbio ció che rende particolarmente bella questa casa è il grande giardino che la circonda dove poter mangiare e rilassarsi. Andateci!

Soggiorno a Santa Margherita di Pula

Giovanni e Marina sono dei padroni di casa gentili e disponibili, ci hanno fornito molte informazioni utili per vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e riservata con un grande giardino immerso nella pineta. La cucina è piccola ma ben accessoriata, le camere da letto spaziose, il bagno con doccia essenziale e lo spazio esterno con 2 tavoli da pranzo che permette di mangiare fuori sotto la veranda. Collocata fra Pula e Chia, in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere spiagge meravigliose. Una vacanza che consiglio vivamente.

Un joli petit coin paisible !

Nous avons adoré passer deux semaines chez Elena et Giovanni, des hôtes adorables. La maison est un petit havre de paix, dans un jardin luxuriant, le tout à 10 min d’une très belle plage. Merci pour ces belles vacances ! Nous espérons pouvoir revenir bientôt!

Lovely villa in a lovely location

We have just come back from a wonderful stay at Giovanni's villa. Giovanni and Maria were very welcoming, the villa was perfect- it has everything you need; good shower, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen, lovely garden with two areas to eat outside, car parking and a market within walking distance. You can access a beach by foot from the villa or it is a short drive to Chia and we explored further to Tuerreda, Malfotano, and drove up to Porto Pino, there are enough beaches within and hours drive to go to a different one every day. We and our 3 year old son loved our holiday :)

Un favoloso soggiorno che non dimenticheremo..!!

Le parole non bastano per descrivere le meraviglie che la Sardegna offre, iniziando dal mare passando per la storia e la natura a volte selvaggio terminando con i sardi stessi... La descrizione dell'immobile risultava riduttiva, con sorpresa abbiamo potuto constatare che era migliore di quello che pensavamo. Servizio di primo ordine con biancheria ed asciugamani puliti e sostituiti ogni settimana, completa di tutto e logisticamente perfetta, in mezzo ad una magnifica pineta..!! Poi, a poca distanza, alcune delle spiagge più belle ed incantevoli della Sardegna, Pula con i suoi locali e la sua movida, Nora per il sito archeologico e la sua spiaggia, Chia, Teulada ecc ecc... La signora Marina e il marito Giovanni ci hanno fatto sentire da subito a nostro agio, con la cortesia, la presenza e i tantissimi consigli per visitare spiagge e cenare in locali esclusivi davvero accoglienti... Noi possiamo solo consigliare a tutti di visitare questa location, vicino al mare e con ogni servizio raggiungibile a piedi. La posizione della casa in un luogo tranquillo, fresco in parte soleggiato garantisce un mix di fattori tali da permettere anche la giornata vissuta in casa, mangiando nel meraviglioso giardino che circonda tutta la villa... Ringraziamo di cuore Marina e Giovanni salutando con un arrivederci perchè ritornare è d'obbligo!! Saluti da Daniele, Rosa, Roberta e Mariella
