New villa surrounded by greenery, very bright square meters. 100 interiors, we find 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with shower and a spacious living room kitchen, built on a 1000 mt lot. of land, consisting of two comfortable terraces with porches, private parking and an outdoor shower, located not far from the beaches of Guidaloca, Scopello and the beach of Castellammare del Golfo. Located in a very quiet and safe environment, a few Km. Restaurants, bars, pizzerias, supermarkets, pubs, bakeries. Also going to the port of Castellammare del Golfo you will find boat hire and guided tours of the Zingaro nature reserve.

Maison récente dans une belle copropriété

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison récente de 3 chambres (2 avec un lit double et 1 avec un lit mezzanine qui peut convenir à deux enfants), 2 salles de bain, salon-séjour avec coin cuisine. La maison se trouve dans une résidence sécurisée (créée en 2015) située à environ 9 km de Castellamare del Golfo et de Scopello (entrée de la réserve du Zingaro). Une voiture est nécessaire pour se rendre dans les commerces/restaurants les plus proches (min. 3 km). Mais l'endroit est idéal pour visiter la région (réserve du Zingaro, Ségeste, Erice, Trapani, Marsala, Palerme, ...). L'équipement de la maison est moderne est complet, mais nous aurions apprécié un peu d'huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, épices et sucre. La maison possède deux jolies terrasses ombragées (avec 2 chaises longues et 2 canapés d'extérieur). Reste à terminer les extérieurs avec du gazon pour que tout soit parfait. La belle piscine commune à la copropriété était malheureusement fermée pour l'hiver depuis 10 jours. Mais nous avons encore pu profiter de la mer.
