The apartment is on two floors. Downstairs there is a large veranda with possibility to park 2:00 to 3:00 automobiles indoor and outdoor showers on the veranda. Also on the lower floor there are two large double bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upstairs, reached by internal staircase or estena, there is another large veranda on which you can eat outside with pine forest views. The upper part of the apartment has an isolated room by a wardrobe and two single beds (or one double), a large hall with two double sofa beds, a bathroom and a complete kitchen.
