This Grade II listed barn conversion is in the village of Northop near to Chester and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The Hayloft is a lovely Grade II listed barn conversion situated in the village of Northop just twelve miles from Chester in Cheshire. The barn conversion can sleep four people in a king-size double bedroom and a twin room as well as family bathroom. Also in the barn is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside is ample off road parking and a private lawned garden with patio and furniture. The Hayloft is a delightful property from which to explore this lovely part of the country.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine / milk frother (please bring own pods), 42" SmartTV ready to connect Netflix / Prime accounts etc inc Freeview, DVD, Bluetooth speaker/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and fuel for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Bike storage available (not locked, at guests own risk).. Private lawned garden with patio. charcoal BBQ and furniture. Use of owners woodland and lake area. Shared all weather tennis court with equipment available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 9 mins walk. Note: Open lake on woodland walk, children to be supervised. Note: There are 15 stone steps to access the property.
