It is located in an old building completely renovated in 2011, first floor. It has air conditioning in all rooms, lounge and bathrooms, heat pump.
All rooms have two beds of 200 cm x 90 cm can be pushed together.
The spacious and bright living room has 6 seater table, two comfortable sofas three seats each and an armchair. American kitchen attached to the living room has all the necessary equipment including dishwasher and washing machine.
The balcony overlooks a quiet Mediterranean village and typical side street sea and the famous promenade looks.

A wonderful location to stay with a group of friends. Don’t stay in Barcelona, head to Sitges and embrace the old town and the beach. Perfect tapas and restaurants moments away.

Perfect stay

This place is really easy to walk to from the train and you really could not pick a better location. The old part of Sitges is a little fishing village area and this used to be a fisherman’s apartment. Only foot traffic allowed on the street which makes it nice and quiet. Perfect stay for family with adult children.

Lovely Apartment Close to the Beach

We loved staying in this apartment. The proximity to the beach was great, and the street was quite, which was perfect for us since we were traveling with two small children. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends traveling to Sitges.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Sitges

Apartment in Sitges

Great location. Sitges has lots going on and nice beaches. Bedrooms 2 and 3 were smaller than we expected but perfectly functional for a 4 night break. Easy access to Barcelona. We would recommend this apartment.

We thank Julie for her review and the positive points of our apartment. This is a recent construction building so space is limited in the old downtown area so we preferred to get bigger surface to the living/ dining room and keep bedrooms 2 and 3 with double big beds (200cm x 90 cm each of the four beds) so guests could sleep comfortably.

short stay in Sitges

We loved the location, just a half block from the beach. The apartment was cozy for 5 adults but adequate. It is on a small street in the Old Town that was closed to traffic so that, although close to everything, it was very quiet. It was well equipped but we needed to provide staples that it would have been nice to find in the apartment, such as paper towels and clothes pins for the drying lines. The manager was wonderful and very gracious when we needed to call on her to let us in after we had walked out without keys.

Perfect Location!

Wonderful three month stay in Sitges! My son attended a language school there and the apartment was so centrally located to everything we needed - his school was a short walk away as well as the grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and the beach! The apartment is also set up nicely as it allows for privacy between the main bedroom and other bedrooms. Maria and Antonio, the owners and Samantha, the property manager were attentive and accommodating whenever we had questions or needed help with transportation. A truly memorable stay!

We could not have asked for a better location. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. We loved going out the door and being able to walk up to the shops, restaurants and train station or down to the beach.

Great location and clean. Bright and well furnished. Samantha the PM was great! And very attentive. Only nits. No closet in third bedroom but ample extra space in others. Would recommend providing beach towels. Ended up renting from PM

Perfect both times

I've rented this unit on two occasions in Sitges. Both times were wonderful. Located half a block from the Mediterranean-(which is visible from the balcony)- this apartment is spacious, immaculately clean and located in the heart of the old town- plenty of stores, restaurants, cafe. No car is necessary, all is within walking distance, including the train station. I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a clean, modern space in the perfect location
