Welcome to Ti Cosy; a detatched house (107m²) for up to 4 people designed and furnished to provide a home from home for your Holiday in Brittany. The house is ideally situated 20 minutes away from Crozon, 25 minutes from Quimper, 50 minutes from Brest, 1 hour from the Pointe du Raz and 1.5 hours from Roscoff. The best part is that despite being within such easy reach, we are situated in a part of the world that is unspoilt, wild, magnificent and only 200 m from a beautiful sandy beach.
Built in 2008, the house has all the conveniences of a modern house but with the charm and character of a more traditional house: good size open plan living area with fitted kitchen and 3 sets of double French doors to let in lots of light. The house can easily be kept at a comfortable temperature all year round thanks to the excellent thermal insulation. Peace and quiet is assured thanks to excellent sound insulation.
The house is well furnished with comfy sofas and armchair in front of the flat screen tv and the beds are all 2 meters long,
An integral garage is equipped with a washer and a dryer, provides secure storage and has a multi game (table football, mini table tennis, pool etc). Outside there is a 1500m² garden with swings, ample parking, covered drying area with sink and hose pipe.
From the garden and upstairs, there is a view along the beach and towards the Menez Hom.
The closet 'bourg' is Plomodiern (6km) with a supermarket, bakeries, cafes, fish shop, pharmacy, doctor, post office, Michelin-star restaurant, etc.

Really lovely, immaculate house in a beautiful location. Was a perfect base for 4 adults with everything we could have wanted. Greeted by Phil on arrival and shown around, he was able to make suggestions of places for us to visit and places to eat. We had the reassurance of knowing that he lived next door should we need anything. Great communication before our stay. We will definitely be back.

Wir hatten eine super Woche im Ferienhaus von Phil und seiner Frau und haben uns darin sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und Ausstattung ist super und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die vorhandenen Spielmöglichkeiten, insbesondere das Boule-Spiel und den Multispieltisch in der Garage. Phil ist ein überaus netter und angenehmer Vermieter und seine Frau hat uns zur Begrüßung sogar einen sehr leckeren Brombeerkuchen gebacken. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Bretagne magnifique

Nous avons eu la chance de trouver ce gîte dans lequel on s'est senti comme chez nous. La maison est grande, très propre, calme et bien située puisqu'à quelques mètres de la plage. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les hôtes ont été serviables et très sympathiques. C'est une adresse dans laquelle nous prendrions grand plaisir à retourner.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und großzügiges Haus ganz nahe am Strand, mit Allem was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter. Es steckt viel Engagement und Liebe in dem Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Schöner Aussenbereich, tolle Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Klare Empfehlung!

Volle Punktzahl

Tolles, großzügiges Haus in schöner Lage. Nach unserer Ankunft wurden wir einmal durch's Haus geführt und in alle Funktionen eingeführt. Alles war blitzblank, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die Räume hell, großzügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der große Garten ist von außen nicht einsehbar, und der Weg zum Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zurückgelegt. Was soll man sagen: Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, und die Gastgeber waren auch total nett. Wir haben absolut nichts zu bemängeln und sind gut erholt wieder abgefahren.

Herrlicher Ort, schönes Haus, sehr nette Gastgeber

Für uns kann es kein besseres Ferienhaus geben. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Mit vier Personen hat man überall mehr als genug Platz. Dazu ist das Grundstück groß und bietet einen direkten Blick auf den Strand. Sollte wirklich einmal etwas fehlen oder unklar sein, helfen die sehr freundlichen Vermieter (die direkt nebenan wohnen) jederzeit. Dazu gibt es hilfreiche Insidertipps für die Erkundung der Gegend. Das Haus ist eine 100-prozentige Empfehlung!

Mit Abstand das beste Ferienhaus das wir bisher in der Bretagne bewohnt haben! Das Haus bietet viel Platz, ist sehr hell, sauber, schön eingerichtet, die grosse Küche bietet alles, um sich selbst versorgen zu können. Die Betten sind von sehr guter Qualität, wir haben gut geschlafen. Es gibt einen schönen Garten und die Aussicht is traumhaft. Phil und Laurence sind tolle Gastgeber die uns viele hilfreiche Tipps zu Events und guten Restaurants gaben. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und sehr schön. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf nahegelegene Ziele wie die Crozon-Halbinsel oder das Cap Sizun eignet sich das Haus super. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden jeder Zeit gerne wieder Kommen.

Maison agréable et spacieuse, on est à la plage en à peine 3 min à pieds. La maison est très bien tenue et très propre, les propriétaires sont accueillants.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern bereits neun Mal zum Urlaub in der Bretagne. Das Ferienhaus von Phil und Laurence ist mit Abstand das beste! Das Haus war super sauber und wunderbar eingerichtet. Wir konnten draußen sitzen, den großzügigen Garten genießen und waren in wenigen Minuten am herrlichen langen Sandstrand. In der nahen Umgebung gab es viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Geocachen sowie interessante Museen für Besichtigungen. Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub und haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Sommerurlaub

Ein wirklich tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht und großem Garten. Netter Vermieter der viele gute Tipps gibt. Der schöne Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Lage für Ausflüge auch in die weitere Umgebung. Wir würden jederzeit nochmal unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Très agréable

Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle maison pendant 1 semaine avec nos 2 filles de 6 et 1 an. La maison est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. L intérieur est très propre et très bien entretenu par Phil. L'extérieur est très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur la baie avec accès à la plage à pied. Nous recommandons vraiment ce gîte et son hôte qui nous on permis d explorer les environs et de nous reposer

Wahrscheinlich unser bestes Feriendomiziel in der Bretagne bisher.

Das für 6 Personen ausreichende Haus wurde von uns (75 Jahre altes Ehepaar) bewusst gewählt, um z.B. 2 Toiletten und auch Einzelbetten in verschiedenen Schlafzimmern zur Verfügung zu haben. Das vermeidet Schlafstörungen durch Schnarchgeräusche des Partners/der Partnerin . Ansonsten: Klasse Lage, alles erforderliche Equipment ausreichend und in guter Qualität vorhanden. Gastgeber Top! Wir werden wohl in 2023 wieder 3 Wochen hier verbringen, wenn es unsere Gesundheit zulässt. Das sagt eigentlich Alles aus!

Excellent séjour

Maison très agréable, très bien située (plage accessible à pied) et avec des équipements de très bonne qualité (literie, électroménager, etc.). Propreté impeccable, rien à redire ! Beau jardin clos, idéal pour les enfants et pour manger dehors en voyant et en entendant la mer. L’accueil de Phil est vraiment chaleureux et sympathique, un hôte très attentif et à notre écoute ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

A wonderful place with a view on the beach

The house is great, big, bright and well equipped. The whole place is also perfectly clean and tidy, thanks to Phil and Laurence, the hosts who welcomed us and live next door. They cared about our privacy but were available for any question or request. From the house and the garden we had a great view on the wonderful beach only 200 meters away. Thanks Phil for your tips, from restaurants to beaches ! Definitely a place where we felt welcome and would be very happy to come back.

Perfekt

Perfekte Unterkunft! Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Jungen 6 und 8 J in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Durch den Kicker, das Schachbrett, den grossen Garten und diverse Spiele innen und aussen konnten sich die Kinder jederzeit beschäftigen, das Haus bietet viel Platz, ist sehr hell, sauber, schön eingerichtet, die grosse Küche bietet alles, um sich selbst versorgen zu können. Phil ist ein toller Gastgeber, hatte viele Tips und Informationen für uns, ohne sich aufzudrängen. Der Strand ist sehr nah, schnell zu Fuss zu erreichen, sehr weitläufig und sehr sauber. Ideal auch für kleinere Kinder durch den flachen Einstieg ins Meer mit sanften Wellen und dem feinen Sand. In der Umgebung ist es wenig touristisch, nicht überlaufen, mit dem Auto sind aber kleinere und grössere Orte, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten usw. rasch erreichbar und auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf die wunderschöne Crozon-Halbinsel (auch toll zum Biken) sowie in die nördliche und südliche Bretagne eignet sich das Haus perfekt. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Un super séjour tout simplement !

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour dans la maison de Phil et Laurence. Tout était parfait, du début à la fin. La maison est vraiment top, tout y est et la propreté est impeccable. L’emplacement est tout proche de la grande plage de Lestrevet. Phil est super sympa et se donne du mal pour proposer une location de très grande qualité. Je mets donc 5 étoiles pour tout parce que c’est totalement mérité ! Lorsque ça ne va pas, on le dit mais quand tout est parfait, on le dit aussi !!! Si nous revenons dans le coin un jour, nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde pour savoir où louer, ce sera à Ti Cosy.
