Charming little house near the beach

Recently renovated stone cottage within the grounds of a "maison de mâitre" with its own terrace and garden. The house has been designed with style and comfort in mind. The bright living room is on the first floor and the evening sun pours in through the large window. There is electric heating as well as a wood burner for the winter. The bedroom on the ground floor has a king size bed and a spacious shower room across the hallway.
The house is 1.5 km from the beach at Gouville sur mer and conveniently located for trips to Mont Saint Michel or the landing beaches.
Gouville is a vibrant little village with a market every Friday as well as Mondays during the summer months. The oyster beds are well renowned and help the local economy. The cottage is located in the hamlet of Linverville, considered part of Gouville. It is 200 meters from a bar and restaurant, 1km from a supermarket, 3km from a Michelin starred restaurant, 7 km from a golf course.

The little stone house is unusual having only one bedroom, perfect for couples travelling alone. It has been done up to a high standard with flair and comfort in mind. It has the peace of being in the country but the convenience of being in a vibrant Norman village, with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance.
