Wonderful Spot in Naples

Marco was a lovely host and the property was just as promised. Communication was quick and easy, and Marco even arranged for a taxi at an affordable, fixed rate when we checked out. There was a grocery store less than 5 min walk away and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend!

Appartement vaste, propre et très bien situé aussi bien a pied qu'en métro. Seule remarque que j'ai eu l'occasion de faire à Marco; l'équipement de cuisine ne correspond pas à un équipement pour 6 personnes prenant leurs petits déjeuner et repas a l'appartement.

Zentral und ruhig gelegen. Sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Vermieter.

Küchenutensilien ausbaufähig. Durch fehlenden Wasserdruck ist das Duschen bzw. Haare waschen zeitintensiv. Bei starkem Regen/Wind war die Küche leider überschwemmt. Metro und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe, schönes Wohnviertel.

Great time in Naples

Marco’s home and hospitality were perfect! The bedrooms were large and comfortable with plenty of bathrooms. It was nice having the elevator and air conditioners. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved sitting on the balconies with coffee in the mornings. There are so many great restaurants in walking distance in a very safe neighborhood. We highly recommend this home!

Bright, spacious and clean apartment in safe neighborhood

Beautiful apartment in neighborly Materdei area close to metro. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were just right for our group. Location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle yet very convenient to Archaeology Museum (a gem) and famous Starita Pizza as well as to most important sites of Naples. Marco is very helpful, hospitable and easy to work with. He gladly helped us book taxis and responded promptly to our queries. The neighborhood is middle class and very safe.

Clean and nice location

Très bon séjour à Naples

séjour mi-avril 2018. Appartement spacieux, fonctionnel, bien situé (proche du métro et du quartier historique) et calme. C'était reposant après avoir arpenté Naples et sa région proche. Très bonne literie, un peu juste en vaisselle (il y a beaucoup de verres à pied mais pas assez de verres classiques et de couverts) et le pommeau de la douche de la petite salle d'eau est à changer. Cela ne nous a empêché de passer un séjour très agréable. La petite pizzéria située à proximité fait de très bonnes pizzas. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Convenient location, functional apartment

Firstly this apartment is very convenient for sightseeing, which is a huge bonus. The location is safe, with plenty of shops and restaurant close by. The apartment itself is very big and clean, however it’s quite basic in amenities. We stayed in February and the heating was necessary, although it didn’t work in the lounge. The owners are very helpful, which was really appreciated and they couldn’t do enough.

Excellente adresse pour visiter Naples

A deux pas du métro et du centre ville, appartement confortable, très propre et bien chauffé. Nous étions 5 et les 3 salles de bain sont un plus. Le seul point à améliorer c'est le matériel de cuisine : 1 ou 2 casseroles supplémentaires, quelques couverts en plus, une théière et des torchons de service et ce sera parfait. Merci à Marco pour son aide.

Une bonne base pour visiter Naples.

L' appartement est très rapidement accessible depuis l'aéroport (20-30 minutes en taxi). Pour visiter Naples on peut partir à pied (la ville ancienne commence au bout de la rue) ou prendre le métro (à 70m!). Facile donc de partir vers Pompéi ou Herculanum... L'appartement était bien chauffé, les trois salles de bain un plus. Les chambres sont vastes et le calme absolu. La pièce cuisine séjour pourrait être plus accueillante et équipée. L'accueil était charmant, le petit café préparé en face excellent. Nous conseillons vivement cette adresse.

Étant 3 couples, on a surtout apprécié le fait de bénéficier de 3 salles de bains et de la climatisation. A noter que la literie est excellente. L'appartement est bien situé à 2 mn d'une station de métro. Adresse à conseiller.

Appartement très propre et conforme aux photos.Très bonne situation pour visiter Naples. A proximité d'une bouche de métro et à quelques pas du centre historique. Trois salles de bain pour trois chambres: l'idéal. Et par dessus tout la gentillesse du propriétaire, très à l'écoute et soucieux de notre bien être. Je recommande cette adresse.

Le stanze dotate di bagno e con uso della cucina si trovano a Materdei, vicinissime alla stazione della Metro. Il quartiere è tranquillo e a piedi si raggiunge via Toledo e il centro. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile a suggerire itinerari e locali nella zona. La sistemazione ideale per visitare questa splendida città.
