Space and livability are among the concepts that guided us, through the complete and radical restructuring of a pre-existing structure. The comfort of the rooms, the quality of the finishes and the attention to detail have been the common thread in the creation of some nice apartments with a modern and functional taste, equipped with the best living standards in the area of hospitality.
The interventions of thermal and acoustic insulation, together with an efficient solar thermal system that provides the total need for domestic hot water, allowed a much higher internal comfort, together with a notable reduction in energy consumption.
This is why class A household appliances, LED lighting and air conditioning / heating systems with heat pumps have been chosen.
Casa Esedra is located in a central but quiet area; this allows our guests to comfortably walk to the beaches, the promenade and the "Budello", the true heart of the city. The train station is about 700 meters, moreover, for those arriving by car, the private parking is a real and indispensable comfort.
