It is located in a coastal area not overcrowded.
A part of the beach of Cala Pi, located just three minutes by car, taking a short walk from the house are two descents to the sea (rocks). It is a strangely quiet and often solitary location.

FACILITIES
The house has large windows and windows that let the clear and clear Mallorcan light through the house. It also has free Wi-Fi connection.
Private outdoor parking (2 places) and two outdoor terraces with private pool (6x3m) on a plot of 860 m2. The depth of the pool is approximately 1.10 to 1.60 m.

- Double bed of 160cm, double bed of 150cm and two single beds of 105cm of viscoelastic mattress. Large closet in all three rooms.
- Multitude of small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, microwave, juicer, scale, hand mixer); in addition to oven, fridge, ceramic hob and dishwasher.
- For clothes: washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron.
- Others: hair dryer, alarm clock, DVD, satellite TV and music player.
- For the summer, portable fans. For winter, electric heating in the rooms and butane stove in the living room.

EXTERIOR FURNITURE
- 2 tables (one small and one large), 8 chairs, 4 sun loungers and 3 mobile umbrellas.
- Portable barbecue, which allows you to locate it in different parts of the garden as appropriate.
