This dream villa could soon become the home for your unforgettable holiday, the villa "Estrella de Mare" has been completely renovated.

The villa is centrally located on the scenic south coast of Mallorca in the center of Cala Pi right on the cliffs,

the beautiful bay with crystal clear water, the restaurants and the supermarket are only a 2-minute walk away, but here in the Estrella de Mare you have absolute peace and privacy.

The Estrella de Mar is located on a 1150 sqm plot on the first sea line, you will be amazed by the wonderful view of the sea and the island of Cabrera.

A Mediterranean garden with palm trees, lemons, figs and many other plants has been created around the house,

there is also a large pool (12x 5 m) and an outdoor shower for sole use. (There is an emergency swimming ring at the pool for your safety)
You can get into the pool safely via spacious steps,
you can relax on beautiful loungers with comfortable cushions, you can find shade under the palm trees or under the Mallorcan parasol
The property can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.
In total, the villa "Estrella de Mar" has 240 square meters of living space and
a terrace of around 380 square meters (covered in the seating area).
from here you have a fantastic view along the coast from the lighthouse to the famous Es Trenc beach.
So that you can enjoy the beautiful terrace even on cooler evenings, we are happy to provide you with a decorative gas heater.
During the renovation, attention was always paid to quality and branded products
(Rolf Benz, Leicht Küchen, Duravit, Hansgrohe, Kare, WMF ..)
In order to be able to use the house all year round, an oil heating system, air conditioning and ceiling fans were installed on both floors.

Year-round living comfort:
In addition to the high season in summer, the mild spring and autumn are also wonderful times to travel. The weather is usually very pleasant and perfect for hiking, cycling, golf or a stroll through Palma and exploring the beautiful island.

Recommended rental car:
To explore the island, beaches, markets and restaurants, we recommend that you rent a car.
At Estrella de Mare we have put together a very useful folder for you with lots of recommendations and tips.

A deposit of EURO 500.- / in CASH is due on arrival, which you will receive back from our team on departure and if there are no complaints. (the deposit can also be paid in a different currency.)
A cleaning fee of EURO 390.- is also due in CASH upon arrival

So that you can also enjoy the beautiful, large pool in the pre-/post-season, a pool heater is also available, so you can enjoy the beautiful pool with a view of the sea here at Estrella de Mare in the pre-/post-season.
(for an additional charge of EUR 75 per day of vacation)

When using the pool heater, it makes sense to cover the pool with a film in the cooler seasons so that the temperature drop is not too high overnight; this would have to be done by the tenant themselves.
If you would like a pool heater, please reserve by email at least 3 days before your arrival, as we need at least 3 days to heat it up.
