    Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen

    Das Appartement ist geräumig und wie beschrieben-->sehr schön. Das Ankleidezimmer sehr praktisch. Zu beachten ist, dass das Doppelbett, wie oft in Frankreich, nur 140cm breit ist. Das ist für uns etwas ungewohnt, aber dann rutscht man halt etwas enger zusammen. Der Blick auf Pool und Meer ist toll. Der Balkon ist sehr geräumig. Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenplatz für das Auto, perfekt! Auf der Tiefgaragenebene ist ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, die mit Münzzahlung funktionieren. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Hafen von Treboul/Douarnenenz, wo man sich auch beim Bäcker mit Baguette etc. versorgen kann. Hier ist auch Mittwoch und Samstag vormittag ein großer Markt, sehr zu empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Sandrine war super, wir haben immer umgehend Antwort auf unsere Fragen bekommen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

    Très jolie vue

    Appartement très sympa, bien fonctionnel, tout y est pensé pour gagner de la place et du temps. La vue de la pièce de vie est incroyable. La literie est bien. La cuisine très bien. La petite terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et la plage de sable blanc plus qu'agréable et nous avons eu la visite de petits oiseaux très effrontés qui nous ont chipé de la brioche. Les petits bémols? C'est bien histoire de dire, peut-être au niveau des oreillers pas très agréable, une petite câle sous le pied de la table de nuit côté porte qui tape dans le mur quand on bouge et peut-être une petite nappe sur la table basse pour ne pas risquer de l'abîmer. Et c'est tout parceque vraiment c'est un chouette appartement ! Merci pour votre accueil 😊

    obligation de télécharger une appli sur smartphone pour avoir une "clé" numérique, système fragile qui fonctionne, ou pas (expérience vécue). Obligation de payer une caution, pas sur ABRITEL mais sur un site (sécurisé ?) du propriétaire qui en cas de litige, peut garder l'argent (expérience vécue). Belle vue sur la mer, mais orienté au nord donc pas de soleil. Propre, refait à neuf , parking et piscine appréciables

    Il serait convenable de préciser à l'avance qu il n'y a pas d'accueil personnalisé, à l'arrivée, et donc pas d'état des lieux ni de démonstration du bon fonctionnement du tout... Ceci dit, tout fonctionne. J'ai aussi été surprise de voir la caution débitée en même temps que le loyer. Comme au départ, il n'y a pas non plus de rencontre, je trouve la démarche un peu " insécure"... Appart propre, lit fait, linge de toilette fourni, et chauffage assuré, sont les bons points de cette location. Mettre, peut-être, café, thé, sucre, sel, poivre, huile, à la disposition des nouveaux arrivants. Une bouteille d'eau, et ce sera parfait.

    Appartement très agréable conforme à la description, calme et offrant une belle vue mer. Point de départ de promenades et escapades plus lointaines. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Le contact par sms avec le propriétaire manque un peu de convivialité.

    Le garage est utile et les chariots pour monter les bagages est pratique La laverie nous a permis de faire une lessive en milieu de séjour ( avec un bébé indispensable) La baie de douarnenez est magnifique sous le soleil et les lumières sont différentes tout au Long de la journée et d'un jour à l'autre Trop froid pour la piscine qui était en train de se remplir!!( début mai) Je conseille cet endroit à tout le monde C'étaient les premières vacances de mon petit fils accompagné de sa mère et de sa grand-mère , de quoi faire un magnifique album de photos Alors allez y!!'

    Appartement très agréable et familiale pour un weekend de dépaysement extraordinaire. Rien à redire pour cette période (au Printemps) calme assuré. vue magnifique sur la presqu'ile de Crozon et la baie de Douarnenez ! les petits plus : 2 salles de bain pour faire vite le matin avec la famille afin de pouvoir aller se promener plus tôt et plus longtemps ! le parking sécurisé, et des aménagements intérieurs complets ... comme à la maison, nous n'en attendions pas tant ! les petits moins : peut être le coté chambres donnant sur un couloir d'accès extérieur ... ne serait pas au goût de tout le monde mais enfin cela ne nous a pas dérangé à cette période. conclusion : excellent rapport qualité / prix nous recommandons !

    Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick über die Bucht

    Die Wohnung war gut ausgetattet und barrierefrei gut erreichbar. Der Pool und der Strand waren sehr schön. Aus der Tiefgarage kann man direkt mit dem Fahrstuhl in den 3. Stock fahren. Die Waschgelegenheit im Keller war gut. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden und sauber. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Wir würden sofort wieder fahren.

    un beau petit appartement dans une résidence la mer ne peut pas être si proche. Et au milieu de 1000 chemins pour découvrir la Bretagne et ses traditions Nous n'avons pas vu ses préjugés ! La Bretagne est une belle région et meme si le climat n'est pas chaud; il était agréable et le soleil était bien là... Chouette appart, donc ...avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de belles journées à la mer ou dans la piscine. Le confort est là...les conseils avant de venir aussi... Vous pouvez faire confiance aux proprio contact et message rapide par mail ou sms la confiance était là aussi encore merci à eux

    Nous avons passé un très agréable de séjour dans le Finistère. L' appartement est très agréable avec un grand balcon et une très belle vue sur la mer. Bien équipé et très propre. Très bien situé, il est à proximité immédiate de la plage et du chemin côtier. Douarnenez permet de rayonner dans le Finistère : Presqu’île de Crozon, pointe du raz, Quimper, Brest... La côte du Finistère est vraiment magnifique et sauvage. Bonnes vacances!

    Only if you have low expectations

    The views from the apartment are as described, stunning. The block is itself ex-Pierre et Vacances and is therefore quite basic in build, but of a perfectly acceptable standard with regard to fittings and fixtures. The lift wasn't working when we were there but was being dealt with. The apartment itself was not of the quality we had been led to believe as it had obviously not been cleaned properly, if at all, before our rental started. There was stagnant foul smelling water sitting in the dishwasher, the owner advised that this was from the previous tenant and upon his advice we ran a programme which resulted in the stagnant water flooding the kitchen. Unfortunately this issue was not dealt with immediately as the owner was on holiday himself so we were left for four days. We also had problems with the hot water not being available until 10am each day and issues with overall cleanliness of the property, such as mould around the fridge, dirty appliances and dust everywhere. We advised the owner that in view of the state of the apartment we couldn't possibly stay for our entire prepaid holiday. Hi, our previous review was not deemed acceptable despite our carefully checking what was acceptable and what wasn't and not contravening any aspect. I have re-written the review and hope it now meets your criteria. We have photos of all items we have called dirty, including the dishwasher. We also have texts and emails proving every thing we have said. What I have not included on this review is that the owner wouldn't give us a refund which may be what you objected to in the first instance. However we have approached our Credit Card company and they will be dealing with the issue on our behalf as the owner refuses to correspond with us. Please let me know if you have an issue with anything I have put above. Incidentally, I don't think this property, in our experience, even rates a one star yet your system insists we give it a one star rating. Yours Hilary Corless
