Newly remodeled 3 bedroom/3 bath Hot Springs home with electric fireplaces. Located directly lake front on the main channel of Lake Hamilton, this home gives you not only breathtaking views but easy access to Hot Springs National Park, Historic Downtown, Oaklawn Race Track, Boat and jet ski rentals, restaurants and shopping! Whether you are looking to spend time on the lake, relax and enjoy the views, or explore everything Hot Springs, Arkansas has to offer this is the place for you! Sorry but Pets/Support animals are not allowed.

Our Lake Hamilton home has been completely remodeled with a modern kitchen and stainless steel appliances. The all new master suite has King size bed, walk-in closet, electric fireplace, on suite bathroom with custom shower, and 2 large picture windows overlooking Lake Hamilton. Second bedroom has Queen bed, TV and on suite bathroom with remodeled shower and large walk-in closet. Third bedroom has Queen bed and TV. Living room with accent wall and electric fireplace. Enjoy views of the lake while cooking and relaxing!

Outside you will find a private covered deck that feels like you are sitting directly on the lake with furniture and gas grill. Also you will find extra large deck and dock that extends into lake ending with a large swim platform including Chaise lounge chairs for entertaining, boat watching, sunning, and swimming. You can use the private dock for docking your boat for easy access on and off the lake. Make sure to watch the sunsets off the dock. We have the best sunsets on the lake!

Picturesque lakehouse

Everything was seamless and the property is so well appointed. Our stay was so comfortable and the location of the home was perfect for what we needed. This home is definitely one of those properties we will stay at again. We cannot wait for our next trip back to hot springs.

Family Lake Fun!

We enjoyed our time in Hot Springs so much! The house was perfect for our needs. The view as you walk in the house was breathtaking. The large covered deck was an oasis each morning as we ate breakfast and enjoyed the lake view. We will be back.

Relaxing Trip

Beautiful place to stay on Lake Hamilton. We spent a lot of time outside on the dock and covered deck. Lots of outdoor spaces. Kitchen is very well stocked. We did a little fishing off the deck and enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every evening. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Plenty of room for 2 SUVs in the driveway. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

We had a fantastic time here! We appreciated the necessities that were supplied. It was a perfect layout for us with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home was also very clean. The view of the lake was so pretty and my husband caught a few fish. The location was perfect to enjoy Hot Springs National Park and other local attractions and hiking. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home with Fantastic Sunsets!

We had a super week at this beautiful home! There is plenty of space, especially with the additional guesthouse, so bring the extended family and friends. The house was clean and the beds and furniture were good quality and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking for the crew was a breeze! The location on the lake was great...just far enough away from the crowded 7 South area but still on the main channel. Sunsets are not to be missed...every day was different and spectacular and watching from the extended dock made them panoramic. Stop at Weldon's meat market and pick up some steaks for the grill and you will have the perfect vacation!

Relaxing Family Fun

We had a great time at this Lake Hamilton property. It did not disappoint our expectations at all. At no point did we feel like we were missing something or uncomfortable. The kitchen had all the supplies we could have needed. We had multiple tournaments on the air hockey table as well. The owners have really created a neat area with the covered back deck onto the docks. The kids loved swimming and fishing off the dock. The owners were very easy to talk to and answered the few questions we had. Other than a couple trips into town for putt putt golf and ice cream, this house kept us entertained all week. Thanks for sharing your home.

On the lake, but lacking

The property was clean, but sparse. We were disappointed in the home. It could be very nice. But there were some problems. The master bed was uncomfortable. There were not tables by the furniture. If you had a drink, it had to sit on the floor. The tv in the second bedroom did not work. The air conditioner cycled off and on very frequently. The shrubs were into the walkway outside.

Sorry you feel that way. All of our guest have really enjoyed their stay, home, and landscaping. We are there every other weekend so we treat it as our own home and love it so not sure how sparse. There is a coffee table in front of couch and chair and the sofa recliner has cup holders so not sure why putting drinks on floor? Landscaping is taken care of by local company and we were there 5 days before you so not sure what you are unhappy about. We didn’t realize tv wasn’t working but will take care of immediately. Sorry you didn’t have the stay you were looking for. Hope we can make your next stay better.

We stayed 4 nights at this cottage and had a great time. We rented it because we wanted great access to the lake, a big dock and a big patio in case in rained. The cottage delivered on these for sure and the kids had a blast fishing from the big dock. The cottage was definitely well renovated and the owners provided all the basics we needed and would expect. The cottage size was just right for our family. It had a washer/dryer for the wet towels after boating and the internet worked as I was hoping. I know your suppose to unplug at the cottage. But unfortunately, I need the internet to work a little at night even on vacation. This was my first time on lake Hamilton and I was really impressed. We brought our own boat and the dock was well setup for another boat. The free Hill Wheatley public boat ramp was not too far either (and really close to the cottage by boat). The cottage is in the upper section of the lake and I though it was pretty calm for water skiing. The property was clean, well maintained and it is NOT a beat up rental property. Owner answered all my question in a timely manner before I committed to renting the property. We did not have any issues.

Why they chose this property

After a couple of trips to Hot Springs we knew we wanted a home in Hot Springs on Lake Hamilton. When we found this home, the outdoor area was so beautiful we knew it was the place for us. After purchasing the home in 2007 we completely remodeled the inside.

What makes this property unique

The home has one of the largest deck areas over the water on the lake. More than just a small deck running along the lake we have a large deck that extends into the lake with a Gazebo and a dock that extends into the lake with large swim platform. Best sunset views on the lake!
