The complex comprises of five independent vacation maisonettes, operating in accordance with the standards adopted by the Hellenic Tourist Organization (HTO). Each maisonette is developed over a basement, ground and upper floors, while they are all designed in a modern and distinctive style, color and decoration to match their respective names.
Four of the five maisonettes are 73 sq.m with 2 bedrooms, while the fifth is 100 sq.m with 3 bedrooms. All include a living room with dining room and kitchen, as well as one WC on the ground floor, while the bedrooms and a spacious bathroom are located on the first floor.
There is air-conditioning in all rooms of the maisonettes as well as central heating. They are furnished and equipped according to modern standards
