Our talented interior designer created this cozy 3-bedroom beach cottage gem with new furnishings! This beach cottage is small, yet efficiently designed & adorably decorated with guest comfort in mind. Only 2-minute walk to our great ocean-side beach! Free shared use of 2 Kayaks. 5-minute walk to Stump Pass. Free WIFI. Policies: 1 parking spot, no visitor parking. No pets. No smoking. Low-key quiet respectful vacationers as this is a nice beach community.
AMENITIES:

Each of our places has a free high-speed WIFI, Beach towels, folding beach chairs, Sand toy set & all linens provided. Charcoal grills (guest to provide own charcoal). Free use of our laundry room in between Casa Pina Colada at 115 Friendship Lane & Casa Sangria at 117 friendship lane.

Free shared use of swim spa with waterfall and massage therapy jets in Courtyard pool area.

Keurig-style coffee maker & we also offer traditional coffee maker. Like hotels - we supply "starter supplies" - toilet paper, folded paper towels, sample size coffee, tea, etc. to get you going -- then there's a Dollar Tree nearby or grocery stores if you want additional supplies.

We have many happy repeat guests we are proud to say. Enjoy!
Our wonderful housekeeper & reliable maintenance team live close by if there's an issue. We have a very thorough Guest Guide Binder in family room with many helpful house & area suggestions - please review at arrival to get the most out of your vacation.

We provide you with your own code to front door which works on your dates - super easy & no need to worry about keys!

Get Away to Casa Sangria June 2025

Amy and team were Awesome! The Location was perfect, having access to the Gulf and the Bay. The home was perfectly appointed and had all the necessities to make us comfortable. The home was neat and clean and the waterfall pool was a favorite to my two Granddaughters! The beds were very comfortable as well! I would highly recommend this rental to everyone who wants the perfect Get A Way!!!

Girls Trip Getaway

This place was amazing. We did a weekend girls trip for my daughter’s birthday. The cottage was just perfect for the 6 of us. Walking distance to the beach. Took the shuttle to the restaurants. We loved it. We will be booking again in the near future.

This was a wonderful family getaway. Family includes 2 young adult sons and preteen daughter. We enjoyed our days on the beach and fishing in the bay in the evening. The pool was perfect for a quick dip and we were able to prepare most meals. Will return.

Adorable cottage

Super cute cottage very close to the beach! It’s very clear in the listing but there is definitely only room for one car! We went to Englewood beach when my mom came across the bridge to join us which is easy, just need to plan for it. Great long weekend at the beach!

We just loved our week long stay at this amazing cottage. The house had all of the necessary items including an abundance of towels. Full size stackable washer and dryer came in real handy. The owner Amy was a dream to work with and answered all questions very promptly. The house is closely located to the beach (about a minute walk so we brought a little buggy to carry all of our beach gear) and the beautiful Lemon Bay on the other side. The two kayaks and canoe were put to good use in the bay and we even saw a few dolphins! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property and for giving us such a wonderful vacation!

Location, Location, Location

Amy was always available and accommodating. I cant say enough about how great this location is. Pretty tight on parking if you have a large vehicle like we did (suburban). The home itself you can tell they work hard to keep up with its age. I appreciate the effort and fully understand the challenge with keeping up with a home like this. Regardless, you will not be disappointed. We are a family of 6, everyone had their own bed and the in room laundry was super useful. You will find the very short walk to the beach a treat. Within our first 30 minutes on the beach we had a cool collection of shark teeth and shells. Up the street is a great family friendly restaurant/bar. There's a small convenience store also up the road that's open 24 hours for any forgotten essentials. Fishing from the pier was a success.. Local boat rented from Allure was great. Free rides from Stumpy's was fun. Loved everything about this stay.

Quaint place

Great location on Manasota Key. Had Kayaks, easy access to the ocean - with supplies you would need provided on the property - chairs, wagon, etc!! Small pool but it does the trick. The master bedroom is spacious! 2nd bedroom just right. Kitchen with everything you need. Small but adequate bathroom.

I loved it here , it was peaceful, the kids loved it ! We did have something come up and the host, and property manager fixed it so Quick for us, and kept reassuring us that they will Resolve anything and any issues we had ! I truly appreciate their communicate even with it being night time. Literally was so awesome and I loved how quiet the pool area was . Thank you so much for helping me enjoy my birthday ! Amy and Elena were so awesome !! I would love to return here as well in the nurture highly recommend. Just wish there was a full length mirror in the apt lol 😂😂 but it’s okay it was adorable, spacious, and nice !

Just an Excellent Space

This booking greatly exceeded all our expectations. Steps from the gulf and the bay.Clean, comfortable, and accommodating for our family of 6.Restaurants and stores streets away. Having an option of beach or pool was incredibly helpful for our family. The pool is excellent. Hosts are quick to respond and extremely pleasant. This place is a real gem.

Super cute little cottage that was perfectly located on the key !! This key is my happy place and now my freind’s as well ! The walkability to the beach and restaurants is perfect from the cottage !! Had a great time except for plumbing issues.

The toilet and shower drain were plugged entire stay. Asked for it to be fixed each of 3 days and someone came but problem was never fixed. Other then that, it was a great place and had a good time.

Our favorite childhood memories are from building giant sandcastles, jumping the warm waves, hunting for the perfect seashell & eating tasty key lime pies with our grandparents on sunny florida vacations. My husband & I met on vacation after college in near-by Longboat Key - introduced by grandparents! So Florida vacations have already been near to our hearts.
