Casa Sangria Delights
Our talented interior designer created this cozy 3-bedroom beach cottage gem with new furnishings! This beach cottage is small, yet efficiently designed & adorably decorated with guest comfort in mind. Only 2-minute walk to our great ocean-side beach! Free shared use of 2 Kayaks. 5-minute walk to Stump Pass. Free WIFI. Policies: 1 parking spot, no visitor parking. No pets. No smoking. Low-key quiet respectful vacationers as this is a nice beach community.
AMENITIES:
Each of our places has a free high-speed WIFI, Beach towels, folding beach chairs, Sand toy set & all linens provided. Charcoal grills (guest to provide own charcoal). Free use of our laundry room in between Casa Pina Colada at 115 Friendship Lane & Casa Sangria at 117 friendship lane.
Free shared use of swim spa with waterfall and massage therapy jets in Courtyard pool area.
Keurig-style coffee maker & we also offer traditional coffee maker. Like hotels - we supply "starter supplies" - toilet paper, folded paper towels, sample size coffee, tea, etc. to get you going -- then there's a Dollar Tree nearby or grocery stores if you want additional supplies.

Our wonderful housekeeper & reliable maintenance team live close by if there's an issue. We have a very thorough Guest Guide Binder in family room with many helpful house & area suggestions - please review at arrival to get the most out of your vacation.
We absolutely love our perfect Key location & very quiet, cute island street - just 2-minute walk to both our gorgeous Beach & to picturesque Lemon Bay! Only 5-minute walk to #1 ranked local attraction of Stump Pass State Beach Park - nature enthusiasts should bring their cameras - lots of dolphins, manatee & nesting turtles! Only 8-minute walk to the very popular Free Beach Yoga Classes & 4 beloved Key restaurants with live tropical music & watersports rentals nearby - parasailing, boat rentals, jet ski, sunset cruises, deep sea fishing, etc.
Free shared use of common area amenities: courtyard swim spa, ping pong, 2 kayaks to explore picturesque Lemon Bay and charcoal grills (guest to provide own charcoal) Each place has their own beach gear and patio table set.
Guests have access to entire beach cottage and all of the shared Blue Starfish Cottages common area amenities including inviting swim spa with gorgeous waterfall & massage therapy jets; outdoor ping-pong; 2 kayaks, 4 barbecue grills (guest to provide own charcoal), 4 outdoor showers; patio sets with thatched, island-style patio umbrellas; self-serve Tiki Bar area; & comfortable outdoor conversation seating areas.
We provide you with your own code to front door which works on your dates - super easy & no need to worry about keys!

Car rental is the best, easiest & most reasonably priced way to get to and from Manasota Key. (or bring your own car) We also have bike rental options in our guest guide.

Our favorite childhood memories are from building giant sandcastles, jumping the warm waves, hunting for the perfect seashell & eating tasty key lime pies with our grandparents on sunny florida vacations. My husband & I met on vacation after college in near-by Longboat Key - introduced by grandparents! So Florida vacations have already been near to our hearts. My husband Frank grew up visiting Manasota Key beaches with grandparents. We spent years looking for the perfect location on the Key to call our own & finally blue starfish beach resort was born! It is our absolute pleasure to introduce our guests to this little bit of paradise, perfect for making fond beach memories that will last a lifetime.

Created by our ultra-talented interior designer with all new furnishing, Casa Sangria enjoys many, many happy repeat guests. An inviting, open concept beach house designed with all new furnishings on a cute, quiet island street filled with palm trees & low-key friendly residents & vacationers. We welcome friendly, respectful vacationing guests as this is a nice upscale quiet beach community. We are family-friendly & we actively seek guest suggestions as we are constantly making improvements to enhance our guests' experience. Our housekeepers are the best around! Our beach is one of the best places on earth to find the pre-historic sharks teeth the area is famous for! They make perfect free souvenirs!
