Walk 8 minutes to 4 restaurants/live music. Swim spa with pretty waterfall in common area. Policies: 1 car parking spot. no visitor parking, no pets. no smoking. Low-key respectful vacationers as this is a nice beach community. Free shared use of 2 kayaks

Each of our places has a free high-speed WIFI, Beach towels, folding beach chairs, Sand toy set & all linens provided. Charcoal grills (guest to provide own charcoal). Free use of our laundry room in between Casa Pina Colada at 115 Friendship Lane & Casa Sangria at 117 friendship lane.

Free shared use of swim spa with waterfall and massage therapy jets in Courtyard pool area.

Keurig-style coffee maker & we also offer traditional coffee maker. Like hotels - we supply "starter supplies" - toilet paper, folded paper towels, sample size coffee, tea, etc. to get you going -- then there's a Dollar Tree nearby or grocery stores if you want additional supplies.

We have a dedicated cleaning & maintenance team if you need anything. We prepared a very detailed Guest Guide Binder in family room with many helpful details: WIFI code, how to work things, my favorite restaurants on the Key & in surrounding towns and local activity suggestions, important safety tips, & directions. Please review with your group at arrival to maximize your vacation experience.

Location, location, LOCATION! Casa Pina Colada offers an incredible location on highly desired Manasota Key on a cute quiet island street. Low-key, respectful vacationers only. We are just steps until your toes are in the tranquil blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

You can easily walk four different directions from Casa Pina Colada to lots to do or just chill out on our awesome beach and do nothing but watch the waves roll with a margarita in hand of course:). Only 1 minute walk to our fantastic uncrowded beach. Only 1 minute walk opposite way on our short quiet street to serene waters of Lemon Bay. (Free shared use of our 2 kayaks to explore Lemon Bay. Dolphins often seen - an amazing experience!

Only 5-minute walk left to the number one ranked attraction of Stump Pass State Beach Park - a natural wonderland- be sure to bring camera. Only 8-minute walk to right to fun island nightlife with 4 popular Key restaurants with live tropical music.

Watersports rentals (jet ski, wave runners, boats, parasailing, SUPs) across from the restaurants & very popular free beach yoga classes - our guests love these!

Casa Pina Colada is part of the quaint exclusive Blue Starfish Cottages beach community - only 6 beach cottages in ideal Key location just steps to ocean. Each cottage is beautifully furnished by our ultra-talented interior designer. Kitchens feature new granite counters, new stainless-steel appliances, dishwashers, new dining tables. All premium movies are included FREE on new Smart televisions - one in family room and one in master bedroom.

On site amenities at Blue Starfish Cottages include outdoor ping-pong area, 4 BBQ grills, 4 outdoor showers, 2 kayaks, inviting courtyard swim spa (small inground spa-like swimming pool) with gorgeous glass tiled Waterfall & relaxing Massage Therapy jets.

Each cottage has their own patio table with thatched island-style oversized patio umbrella and their own Beach Gear Bin including beach chairs; beach/pool chairs; sand toy set; and beach towels; - ENJOY!
You have access to entire beach cottage and all on-site resort amenities! We are keyless so it is super easy! You will have your own code that opens front door on your dates - please save your code in your wallet & phone along with cottage address & owner contact number. Note: TV's typically "ON" at arrival
Rental cars (or Uber) are very reasonable and are by far the best way to get to Manasota Key. (or bring your own car) Once you arrive you can easily walk to the Beach, the Bay, Stump Pass, free beach yoga classes, and watersports rentals, & 4 restaurants.
